Came in to close my deceased father's bank account and was given a lot of attitude from the woman working the counter. Demanded to know why we didn't close the account immediately as if it's any of their business. They were happy to steal a dead man's money for a year now it's a problem when I try to close the account.... Figure yourselves out

Idk why people are getting all crazy on here. Every time I've gone in everyone (including the employee mentioned in the 1 star reviews) has been my preferred mix of professional and casual, helpful, and knowledgeable. No reason not to use this branch imo

They don’t even what to help you. I asked for a payoff letter for my line of credit. They just gave me a phone number to call. Then I went to another branch, they helped me called the loan department and immediately got a fax from them.

The blonde hair manager that speaks broken English is unhelpful to say the least, she is more of an obstacle then anything. The last encounter I had with her she was standing in the lobby eating the last of her chicken sandwich shaking her head no to every questions that l had asked, instead of offering the information that she knew I was after. She is obviously in this position to check several woke boxes. Save yourself some time and aggravation and go to Citizens on Street Road in Warminster.

Spoke to Rochelle (branch Manager).Prior to that I was on the phone with other employee’s who by the way 2 hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I was ready to close all my accounts withCitizens until I spoke to Rochelle. She was very professional and took care of my issues in minutes. Before speaking to her I wasted an hour on the phone speaking to the others. It was extremely frustrating.
