Inappropriate questionnaires as soon as enter the bank front door. “ Are you a US citizen? “ when we sat down to discuss banking options, the staff asked personal invasive questions again.” What source of income will be going into this account , how much are you making a year and who is your employer?
Sounds like a communist bank to me although I have multiple both business and personal accounts and a long list of credit cards with Chase bank. Avoid this branch after this incident and go to the branch down the street in Warminster. You will have much better banking experience frommthis branch then the one in Southampton! Never going back to this branch .

Horrible service came in here to open up a business account because it was convenient and close to my house I got turned down by a girl that approached me as soon as I walked thru the door because it was 3:50 PM and they were going to be closed at 5 PM and supposedly only two workers working and they both had a customer. The girl recommended me to drive up to the other location which was 5 to 10 minutes away which would Also would be closing at 5 PM , no common sense whatsoever , she didn’t even ask any of the other Bankers if they would be done soon with their costumers so I could of waited ,So I decided to just leave as I started walking back to my car and you can see through the windows. There is another person watching YouTube videos without any costumers. I will definitely not recommend this place. I will take my business somewhere else.

Actually, this is a wonderful place, as wonderful bank as an institution can be. I have only positive feedback and a great experience working with these staff, beginning from manajer each and every one of their specialists. I would like to especially highlight the work of such specialists as Michi and Elena, who, first of all, demonstrated competence in all emerging issues, at the same time they were responsive and ready to provide useful advice. Thanks to all of them for their work and compassion.

Went to deposit cash and the woman there just pointed me to an ATM. Really, that’s her job? To point and watch? That’s not why I go to the bank. Eventually another person, Robin, came up and she was worse. She was able to help eventually, but she was wearing a nose ring, for starters, and she misunderstood how much I’m trying to deposit because I don’t look like someone who’d deposit that amount of cash. I’m not comfortable giving my money to someone with piercings anyway.

The bought my mortgage. I have had mortgages with several other companies in the past. Chase is by far the worst, which is surprising, because I have other accounts with them and have been generally pleased in the past.Their staff (both the other customer service line and in this branch )does not follow through on promises and fails to follow up on known and demonstrable issues.

We were scheduled for an appointment, but when we arrived, it turned out that the manager was not there. No one even warned us. They just said to wait an hour and a half. We were unable to open a new account at this branch.The worst place for customers. Don't lose your time.

Opened a few new accounts there. Made an initial deposit with most of my liquid assets, was never informed that the deposit would take 10 business days to clear (which is ridiculous). After a few days I visited the branch to resolve the matter and called my previous bank in front of the branch manager (as per her request) to show that my check had been cleared from my previous bank for 5 days. She guaranteed me that my money would be released on the next business day. It wasn’t. My wife and I had to call multiple times and we were only able to retrieve our money after threatening to call the police. Terrible experience!

Pretty new branch. I was happy with that. Chase long time stayed away from my area. I'm Chase loyal business costumer since 2015But this branch has totally unacceptable service.I spent a lot of time on presentations of products - investments, car loans, mortgages, etc. It was a warm and pleasant time.But when you need real customer service - don't wait for it.Especially avoid Robin. She promised me to resolve my critical problem of around $25 grand and she super easy and quick totally forget about it. Even after a deadline of more than 3 days she didn't recognize me and totally lost full information about the situation and asked me to start a new case((Of course, the general manager has a day off. Of course, previously has been working with me Lena has the day off too and she actually didn't help me anyway.Actually, I has a problem with Chase for 4 months and any person can't help me. A few times I received messages "Your money will refund within 48 hours". But - nothingOf course, I sent a letter to CEO Chase Jamie Dimon

Worst Chase Branch for Business Customers. Couldn’t help with such small things as block cards for past employees, necessary business letters and etc. It’s one of onliest branch in NorthEast and it’s managers absolutely incompetent and have to be replaced, especially Sabiba and Johnson. Sabiba proudly saying that we may have not come back to this branch which we will absolutely do!

I am so impressed with this bank, its staff, level of service, and Chase in general. I was going to move to a small bank and be done with the big banks. But Chase offered a great sign on offer. Best bank experience I have ever had. We had the privilege of having Elena as our rep. Wow. She knows her stuff. Chase should give her a raise. I have met with her 3 times and she makes things happen. Having a dedicated banker is the best. They offer great services. The branches are clean, well run, and they truly value the customer. I am so glad I opened an account at Chase!
