“It’s impossible to believe that the personnel in a bank could come to mean so much to you. I’ve banked in multiple banks in my career and in general, never have I had the sincere respect and confidence for a group of individuals. This bank, in particular Susan Chiriaeva go ABOVE and beyond for their clients. The care and consideration I receive it unheard of! Susan is meticulously careful and fantastically well versed in her craft. She makes certain to go above and beyond for the client and puts me at ease. I’ve called at random times with wild questions and concerns, she’s had an answer and a solution immediately. I’ve never had a bank assist me with contacting third parties but Susan made it happen!
