Have been waiting over a month for them to come out & fix our loading dock door. Every time our maintenance guy calls them, they say oh next Tuesday we will be out. Yet next Tuesday - they don't arrive! Tom called them again today, asking when they would be over to our building, the lady said her guy was finishing up his job and would be right over. That was at 1:30pm. It's 4:30 now and no sign of them. I am just now seeing their review score so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. But this has highly impacted our business and I don't feel it's fair to give them a better rating. When the work is finally complete, I will update my review.

I’m very disappointed how unprofessional the owner is. He is rude and always thinks he’s right. Save yourself the time and money and find a different business. I’m sure any other business would be better than this one.

I called Apex to check out the garage doors on our older home because we saw that one of our garage door cables was hanging down. The woman on the phone was nice and helpful, and got a technician out the same day. The technician was terrific: arrived on time, fixed everything, and took the time to explain what happened the doors to start with and how to take care of them in the future (helpful to me as someone who never had a garage to maintain before). It's refreshing to have a company arrive when promised and complete the work at the quoted price. I definitely recommend them and would call Apex again.

Amazing work and attention to detail. They replaced my old garage door with a better looking, better insulated door. And installed a opener for it. Price was competitive with others in the business. Definitely my go to company for the future.Service: Installation

Had an appt on 5/27/21 for Dave the tech to come out between 2-4 pm. He was a no-show. No call either. Called the office at 4pm to determine if he was running late or not coming out. Receptionist took my info but nobody bothered to call back. While I have used them for years, on different homes, they have become yet another no-show vendor. My time is valuable too.

We had a truck smash into our motorized garage door and tried for years to repair it ourselves with mixed results. My husband and I called Apex to provide and install a LiftMaster garage door opener a few days ago. We had used this company once before earlier in the year and everything had gone well. This time, we cannot say the same. THEY arranged with us to come out on a Friday between 1:00 and 3:00 to install a second new garage door opener for our 2-car garage. Firstly, no one showed up nor called between 1:00 and 3:00. At 3:30, we called them to find out what the problem was. After waiting 5 minutes for the secretary to find someone to ask, she came back to the phone and hung up. I called back and she said she dropped the phone which seemed absurd because there was no attempt to call me back! Finally , she said the installer who was supposed to do our job was tied up on a previous installation and she would have to see if someone else could come out. One would think that if they couldn't have kept their time commitment that they would have called us to explain and not kept us waiting when no one was going to show up! Now it was after 4:00 before someone else arrived at our house. The new person she sent stormed out of his vehicle and was obviously not pleased to have to do the installation . My husband explained that he had removed the old opener and done some access wiring to make it even easier for the new installation. This person was caustic and obviously looking for a way out of starting this job so he started complaining about the project. He did not want to be here and was looking for any reason to leave. When my husband tried to explain how his wiring would expedite matters, the guy shouted "I don't want people telling me what to do!" Then , he stormed to his vehicle and told my husband that he would have to reschedule ! We were flabbergasted ! We have no idea where this came from. Of course, there was no apology from the company about this nor any attempt to reschedule. This was fine with us. We found another local company--McBrothers of Chalfont that came to us the following Monday, did a beautiful job in a friendly and courteous manner and to top it off was more reasonable in price for the same Liftmaster device and installation. We couldn't be more pleased and were happy to give the business to a company that appreciated us! We will never do business with Apex again!

Had some damage to my garage door track last winter after a storm, Apex was able to come out very quickly and repaired the damage and even secured some other spots in the garage that could use reinforcement, for a very reasonable price.

He gave me someone else's estimate then said it would still cost that much even after I tried to explain to him that the guy never called back to find out what I wanted done in the first place sad very sad
