Yes Ace hardware in Southampton, Bucks county. Yeah I just wanted to go check out their lawn chairs and how much they were little high for me, and see somebody broke our chair that we had on our balcony at our place and now we need to replace it and we can't find the chair to match it. So I'm looking everywhere for a two chairs now, cuz you know we got a match everything got a match. But the people there were very kind they were helpful informative so yeah it was a good place to go they just didn't have what I needed at the price I needed it definitely going back there if I need some hardware equipment

Most ridiculous prices I've ever seen in my life I went in for 1x3 furring strips they were 12.99 a peice homedepot and lowes they are 1.99. Got a small box of nails and a roll of 9x12 painters plastic the total came to almost 100 dollars. This wouldve cost me 20 dollars in total at a regular hardware store. They always place stores like this when a homedepot or lowes is 20 something minutes away because they would be out of business within a year and if you run into an emergency on a jobsite you almost have to go there. They play the roll of small town hardware store when it's the 3rd biggest multi billion dollar chain behind lowes and homedepot.

Rude on the phone when I called for help with my window sceeen that had come loose along the bottom and is less than a year old. They installed the screen for me so thought they’d be more helpful. Wouldn’t take care of it! Go somewhere else!!

I will NEVER take my business there ever again. The old lady/manager? there is a rude nasty beotch! She was more concerned trying to ascertain if my dog was a service dog (which is against the law) and not even asking if I needed help. That's okay you nasty beotch you will never see me or my money again.

Showed up at 5:58 and when the employee saw me walking up they rushed over to the door to lock it. Hope you were trying to get somewhere important because Those 2 minutes just cost you a local customer.

They never answer the phone. Ever! so of course you have to go in and when they don’t have what you want, you could’ve saved the trip. Many things there are overpriced. There are a few other things that I take issue with at this location. Which I’m not even gonna get into because it’s not worth it. Would not recommend shopping here. A shame because I prefer to support local businesess.
I avoid going here at all costs.

Don't buy any power tools here. I bought a dewalt 20v string trimmers here on 4/16/2024 and the first time I used it in my tiny backyard the head started smoking and the thing stopped spinning. When I went to return it they told me I have to go through the manufacturer for the return... If you have a return policy for 30 days and I come back 7 days later and ypu tell me I have to go through the manufacturer, I have a problem with that. Now I have over 250$ tied up and I can't afford another string trimmers till I get the money back from the manufacturer! The manager lady 'Edie' has terrible customer service, I was being so patient and she was very rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are scammers when it comes to electric parts please beware! I bought the electrical part and hired an electrician- he told me the part was damaged. I returned to the store to let them know and the manager rudely hissed to call the manufacturer. Not only did it cause me to pay extra hours to the electrician but I also had to deal with the rude customer service. My neighbors, friends, and I will not be returning to this store. Please teach your manager some customer service skills. Even if I could not return being polite goes a long way.

Beware of buying something at this store and get it home and it does not work, they will not take the return. Was told to deal with the manufacturer. Spoke with a manager who was very rude and wanted nothing to do with it. After spending $200 on this item I will no longer buy anything at this store.
