Tim was very helpful over the phone and made my move from Baltimore to Williamsport easy! Both of the guys at the front desk were polite and knowledgeable about all questions I asked. Would definitely recommend reaching out with questions and consider using My Self Storage if you need a unit!

Anthony was such a great help there he told us everything walked us through everything we weren't sure if we were going to get a storage unit they're not but he was so nice when we first went in there we ended up going there they were not expensive it's a secure place we were there putting stuff in in storage and my car broke down and we were working on it he came out and if we needed anything he was such a gentleman and helped us so much thank you Jackie

My first storage closet at this facility was back in 2005 right after construction. I have never had a bad experience here. My stuff stayed safe and dry for 18 years. The new owner Sara and manager Todd Hunt are helpful and friendly. Explain your storage needs to Todd. I recommend this facility because it is affordable, reliable and well-managed.

This is a good option for a storage unit if you don’t mind the “regular” price increases that they keep adding. I recommend you find other options in the Williamsport area.

Todd was very helpful, explained how to get in to my unit, where it was located within the storage area, and was incredibly informative to a first time user of a storage unit.
