I have asked multiple times and now have two signs out front that they NOT leave packages at my garage because I have cancer. Today once again two packages in front of my garage. I can not so steps! I have called before. Please stop doing this.

South Park USPS:My mailbox has a lock on it since I live in an apartment building, but USPS returned my mail to sender WITHOUT leaving me a note staying that I had 10 days to pick up my mail or it would be returned to sender!My son was in ICU in December 2023 so I was not thinking about my mail. I did NOT know that they'd take my mail out of my mailbox because it was "too full."I called USPS and they don't keep track of if they returned the mail to sender, so basically the mail carrier could have taken the mail and did whatever with it!I receive scanned images of my mail and I know that my mailbox was not full. My mailbox is very deep.I reached out to my boss, because she sent me something in the mail before Christmas and she has not received any returned mail from me.I am convinced that they threw my mail away. I will continue to contact folks who have sent me something in the mail.Do better USPS!!!!!!!!!

Would give 0 if possible. Always have an issue with this location, and i think it comes down to the disgruntled miserable same two or three employees that probably need to retire-- you're in a service job & make your customers feel uncomfortable. I've had packages returned after sending from this location for no logical reason other than the employees do not seem to care about what they're doing. Took same said package to UPS and sent with zero issues. Would recommend taking business to another USPS location or provider.

Excellent post office with super friendly staff. Always super clean and almost never have to wait in any long lines. Never had any issues and absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Definitely the best in the area in my opinion.

I really dislike the USPS and I am not sure how they continue to stay in business now that people have more reliable and affordable options. The delivery people coming from this location are entirely lazy, more than once have they not delivered our packages because of some reason or another. 1st because it was an incorrect address, but we order three items online at the same time, and for some reason UPS handed one of our packages to USPS, while the other two were delivered perfectly fine without any issues. It's as if they don't care. The other times they "attempted to deliver" our packages and left no notice of trying. My wife is home all day, and she did not notice anyone attempting to deliver the mail. Our door bell can be heard on both floors, and there were no door bell rings. We have received other paper mail and packages without any issues, so why are they the only ones. It's such a huge inconvenience.

I don't understand how the postal service survives. A few years ago, the talk was about eliminating Saturday delivery and maybe even a weekday. Now they deliver on Sundays for Amazon so it seems they are doing good. But I don't think so! The hours at this particular post office are between my start and end work hours, so doing any business with them is difficult. The quality of delivery to my house is ok unless they have to come to the door. Then it's a crap shoot. Except on Sundays - when they deliver an Amazon box the service is good. Go figure.
