“I bring all my vehicles here. Tires, brakes, oil, and inspections. I ended up with a dually pickup rental for a month and needed help filling the inside rear tires. They did it all. Wouldn’t charge or accept a tip from me. I realize I’m an existing customer, but that is top tier service in my book. Will continue recommending this store to anyone.”

“Had a great experience here today. I drove in on a spare tire after having gotten a flat the night before. I was in and out of the shop in under 30 minutes and paid about $20 to get the tire replaced. Mr Juan took very good care of me. This was particularly welcome as I'd had an unpleasant experience at another local Discount Tire the week before. Excellent service here.”

“After the purchase of a new vehicle in Maryland we were 30 miles into the trip to Bethel Park, PA the low tire pressure icon appeared on the dashboard and we had to keep adding air to continue. Searched for a tire service in the Bethel Park area and by chance we pulled into Rich's Tire Service. Thank the heavens we did! It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Rich's Tire Service. Tire was odd size and Karen had to search all of her contacts for a replacement which she was able to make happen before end of day. “Kind of a pain to get there but I used these guys all the time. Sometimes took longer than I'd like but these guys always seemed to get hammered with customers. Very busy place but short handed. Scott always took very good care of me but since he's no longer there I'm not sure if if I'll use them again. Monroe corporate left these guys short handed all the time. They needed more help. Monroe screwed up when they didn't try to keep Scott and get him more help. He's a great mechanic and service writer but he couldn't do everything, which he did. They rest of the crew was good too but you can't keep slamming them with work and not enough help. Monroe corporate needs to wake up and take care of their people or they're not going to have any good people left.They'll probably lose Ray too. Another overworked mechanic. You had a great manager with Scott but you screwed up Monroe letting him leave. Take better care of the people you have or your gonna lose all your good ones.”

“I dropped my car off which had a battery issue of some kind (it wasn't the actual battery which was new). I dropped it off on Saturday and they had it ready Tuesday (I wasn't in a rush this didn't seem like too long to me).When I came to get the car they told me they fixed battery cables at no charge. Hard to find people like this nowadays. And makes me think they will be fair when charging for more involved repairs. Will definitely be back!”

“Came by on a Saturday early afternoon for a tire pressure leak on my run flat tire. All the other tire places in town were booked up but Five Star squeezed me in for a tire nail removal and patch. Whole service took less than 15 mins, everybody was incredibly friendly, and it cost $20. Fantastic experience overall and they have earned my business whenever I am in the area.”

They ordered my tire & I was all fixed up within a couple of days. Plus I was able to bring a few old tires from home that weren't needed anymore & they recycled them for me at no charge!
