I unexpectedly had my storage unit for eight years. It was interesting cleaning it out as I found several things that I really loved and missed. A lot went to the Mission and some went to trash but I have to say every single item was in perfect condition. There was not a bit of mold or mildew on anything. There was no mouse eaten bedding items. I was extremely pleased. I would use this facility again if I needed and I highly recommend it. Thank you.

The storage unit is very secure, clean and the owners were always available to answers questions and very helpful and polite to work with. Definitely would use them again if needed and highly recommended!

I had a unit for a little over two years with them and they were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this storage unit to anyone looking. And if I need to use storage in the future I know I will go with them again!

Secondary Storage is an awesome storage facility. Lynn in the office is the best, she helped me multiple times through several difficult situations and was very understanding an accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend Secondary Storage for any of your storage needs!!!!

This place is infested with mice and all of our things are water damaged and have the mold and mildew that is associated with water damage. Between the rodent droppings and excrement and the water damage, mold and mildew my wife's and my possessions of 30 years are mostly destroyed.

I have utilized many storage facilities over the years for both personal and commercial use. We have always had a good experience, fair pricing and when it was time to move out, the process was very accommodating...until now. Secondary storage is a place I will NEVER entrust with my property again and DO NOT recommend. They hook you into month after month after month of leasing. Even with a 25 days notice, they say is unacceptable and **3333333are forced to charge another month. The owner, John and his side kick, Lynn are inexperienced business owners. There is no pro rating in terms of how many days of a particular month you occupy the unit. No consideration, no class! They threaten to auction your things and site these made up "laws" they claim they are forced to abide by. Owner also told me if I didn't like it, I should call state representative. Will not take partial payments! Refused my payments!

Secondary storage served us well! It's clean, climate controlled and secure. When we have the need for storage again, we will go back for sure!
