All of the pharmacy staff seem to be annoyed or frustrated with no customer service and prescriptions like standard antibiotics take hours to fill and aren’t ready on time. Will be using another pharmacy from now on.

Every single time I have a prescription, it is never ready, even if I get notified via text that it is ready. Also it seems everytime I come in to pickup, there is somebody in fumes or mad about the pharmacy department. Definitely going to take my business elsewhere.

The WORST rite aid I've ever been to!!!! DON'T GO HERE! They've filled the wrong medications and did nothing to help me get the medicine I need. This is a med I have to take daily or I get really sick. It's been TWO days!!!!!I've called them 15 TIMES today and I can't get a hold of ANYONE in the store. Plus the Pharmacist is rude and even cruel at times!

U wonder why ur stores r closing.....don't take appts for shots if it not fully staffed and able to do them on time.....I guess I don't realize it's hard enuf for some people to get out let alone wait past their appt time....shame and u deserve to go out of business

Just called and I was not rude but whoever pharmacist answered had the meanest and most disrespected attitude. Maybe she is having a bad day I'll pray for her.

My story begins like this,after I went to the ATM machine that happened to give out crispy $20 bills.I went to the RiteAid store to load money on to the debit card the lady (you know who you are) happened to pretend to check if money was stuck together.When she was actually feeling to see if I had given her FAKE BILLS .Worst experience ever!!!I also put money on an Amazon card , it's funny how I was treated as a person of color.The manager in this store is a short guy that wears glasses .Whenever I walked in the store I wasn't greeted but when a WM or WW walked into the store he greeted them.TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME REGARDLESS OF SKIN COLOR .A young black man walked into this store and asked if they were hiring.He of course didn't get hired ,the following week a young white kid was hired.We happen to be in 2023 ,move on with the times!!!!!!!

Store employees are wounderful and helpful. Pharmacy workers I have dealt with all have attitudes and have no people skills. Being a professional especially at this level is a terrible look. Only go here bc it’s convenient to my home. Might want to start doing some people interaction skills training with your pharmacy employees.

I am pretty disgusted with the behavior of almost everyone in the pharmacy. They answer the phone rudely and treat you like you're annoying them. It wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I'd give them ZERO stats of possible. THEY filled my prescription WRONG and are doing NOTHING to help. They say call customer service. I do. They say I'll get an EMERGENCY response within 24 hours. It's NOW 48 hours and NOTHING. this is not a broken summer toy. It's LIFE AND DEATH. RITE AID DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER'S HEALTH. Corrie Bakrr (a district manager???) was supposed to call back within 24 hours. NOTHING FROM ANYBODY!! Please fo not tell me to call customer service (again, you have NO customer service. YOU HAVE MY INFO. JUST TELL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CALL AND RESOLVE THIS.

This Rite Aid is WAY bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. The outside, by the way, looks beautiful. This is one of the nicest, newest-looking Rite-Aid exteriors I’ve ever seen.
The aisles are noticeably well-stocked and the staff is as friendly as you could expect.

If someone is in line to get a prescription that is already ready to be picked up, then don’t call someone else’s name for their prescription to then skip me (I was in line for awhile and that person was not) to get what everyone else is in line for as that is very rude. Let that person stay in line as they were literally BEHIND me and could have waited just like everyone else. Yet no, they got to skip in front of me? That’s just not okay and by far the rudest thing I’ve come across. I had one thing to get and it was ready only to have people skip the line? Get it together and use common sense.
