“I should know better when I try to seek out good everywhere I go, but when I walk into my local AT&T store on a random rainy Thursday and get greeted with a genuinely concerned “what brings you in today” before foot-one hits the floor I’m certain there is truth in the familiar phrase, it’s not what you say but how you say it. It was that introduction from a young man named Prince at the Bridgeville, PA location that set the tone and assured what I thought were mountains that needed to be moved were going to be non-issues. From casual shares about life weaving in and out of details of my phone plan at hand, I felt like I often do and that the reason I fell in for a few was secondary to the purpose in our communications. Busy-ness happened in a timely fashion, but I gotta tell ya that the world needs a couple-hundred more caring souls like this individual that didn’t seem for a second to treat me as insignificant. Just extraordinarily kind and accommodating as he worked through the transitions with Sean - the manager on-site - to keep me in the best place possible, yet offer some options for when the time is right for me. I am beyond grateful for just how conscientious Prince was to assess my situation - that he would have not otherwise know - and send me forward feeling like “I can do this!” So much respect for this gentleman - as well as Sean and Dragan that I’ve come in contact with at this location - giving hope by knowing you employ people of such exception. I have always found this process extremely stressful in the past, but Kyle, the rep who worked with us, was excellent and put me at ease. He detailed everything and answered all of our questions. I was completely impressed with his customer service and how easy he made the entire process. I highly recommend this Verizon store!”

“Fast, courteous, professional and friendly. I needed a new charger port for a Samsung Galaxy. The part was ordered and came in 3 days, and it was replaced in 1/2 hr for $89. It works great and I'm so glad to not have to buy a new phone. Even the guy at the Verizon store told me to go to this kiosk! “This place is the best! I highly recommend their business. I literally washed my phone (accidentally)in August 2020. I was told by the manufacturer’s store and a cellphone repair shop (I paid a diagnostic fee) that my phone was a loss and my photos could not be recovered. Luckily I held out hope. In January of 2022, I was told about Cell Phones and More. They got my phone working and I have my precious videos and pictures. (My auto backup plan was not activated for a 6 month period unbeknownst to me.) Thank you so much!!!!! Definitely giving 10+⭐️ on a 5 ⭐️scale.”

Wish it didn't take a bad review to get a resolution (I asked inside for a way to avoid the fee and the rep from customer service hung up on me when I asked but they're not the store.)Original review: I was charged a bogus $50 "activation fee" just to move my SIM card from one phone to another. I explained that I've never had to pay one and that $50 is way too high to move a sim, they told me it used to be $25 but they raised it. Doubling a fee isn't normal inflation. I later discovered that I've never paid it because it's FREE online. I thought my sim was malfunctioning which was why I went in.Her system was down so I had to patiently wait FOREVER just to have her do something I could have done myself FOR FREE in minutes. She could have said hey so you don't have to wait here an hour, your sim is fine and you can just go online and activate it for free. But no she had me sit there forever, did not inform me of the fee ahead of time, and then sprung it on me right at the end.If you want to get ripped off by a store with a broken system, sign up here. $50 to waste your time.”
