They lady that works in the food store. She's older. Was very rude. I came in to purchase a 16 piece tender basket and she just looked at me and said does it look like I have that. When I asked how long it would take she said she didn't know and that I would have to wait. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service ?

Recently been going to coen a lot lately and ordering food now all of a sudden I can't order certain things past a certain time when the kitchen manager told me I could they all have bad attitudes and get smart with everyone Louis the older lady definitely has an attitude told me that's enough for coffee creamer when it was pouring out slow I will not recommend this store to anybody they need all new staff they have the worst customer service and their attitudes suck.

Horrible experience piss poor customer service just went to the coen and placed a order for a 16 piece family meal chicken tenders with jojos with the 16 piece meal you get 4 sides I order all jojos for the sides because that's all we like are the jojos and chicken I also order a additional 10 pieces of just tenders for the lady to tell me the manager said that's a catering order and they can't do it anymore now mind you I come in and order once a week I also buy my gas and cigarettes from this coen cause it's literally down the street now the oder is usually around 70 bucks 1st why do u have it in the kios if you don't want people to order it like that it would be like going to a restaurant or fast food place and ordering 70 dollars worth of food and being told oh we can't make this order cause it a catering order a catering order would be 50 or more I ordered 26 pieces of tenders needless to say I will not buy gas cigarettes or anything else from this coen every again you lost a good paying customer looking forward to the one in south park being completed horrible horrible experience and customer service I will be going back to speak with Zac the manager who told them this I would also like to speak with the owner

I can honestly say I have been coming here every morning for the last month and the coffee cream is allmost always empty 90% of the time and this is at 6:00 am so I imagine if you like black coffee this is your station

Very disrespectful employees. I went in for coffee and 1 female employee was sitting on the counter with a dirty Hoodia sweatshirt on. I left and went somewhere else.

Nice clean store with lots to offer!! Chicken, pizza, burgers and more in the kitchen. Lots of fountain beverage choices and slushies, coffee, cappuccino and more. Many reasons made items such as salad and wraps. Nice sitting area. Lots of snacks, cold drinks including beer and of course it is a gas station too!

What happened to the pieces of chicken? Drove out of my way with my mom after telling her how great the chicken was, only to find out out they only have chicken fingers. Completely disappointed. The chicken fingers were just "okay", compared to the chicken pieces. It just didn't hit the same way. Definitely won't go out of my way for this "world famous chicken". Only getting 2 stars because the employees were nice.

This is based in our experience today! We usually go there not only to put gasoline, also to buy some beer and today a guy name Josh” I think is his name, didn’t want to take my ID because he said my daughter could be under 21 when she is 28 but most employees who work there, they let me use my ID if my daughter doesn’t have it with her and they don’t make such a drama like this gentleman? Anyway I was going to pay and he still refused telling me I can’tNow for that reason we won’t buy any licor there or anything! You lost a client today and I’m guessing he could be racist too since I’m Latina?Too bad that for one rude employee, the others have to pay! Thanks

I purchase daily. The hot food counter fried chicken and JoJo potatoes are excellent when fresh and steamer is full. You'll find none as delicious anywhere! Only 2x I had an issue w/small dried out jojo's & chick not breaded...staff debated my return for another WTheck little JoJo's dry & hard, only skin on chick is not what I want?I didn't go back for a week. Leaned when to buy my food‼️
