“I was referred to this business when I asked a mechanic if the crack on my windshield would pass inspection, and was told no. I called and the owner was friendly, relatable, and professional and got me in the following week. He could've taken me the day I called but I couldn't make it work. He worked with myself and my mother who works down the road from him to get my truck in and repaired. “The owner, Jerry, had the opportunity to overcharge me and did not. He is reliable. If he tells you a car will be ready at a certain time, it will be. If he is unsure about diagnosing a problem, he will tell you, instead of doing what he thinks could solve the problem, charging you for it, and later finding out that it was an incorrect diagnosis. Very honest about telling you about the most cost effective way to correctly solve a problem. Cannot say enough good things about Jerry Ellis. Would trust him with anything. Simple things like oil changes, all the way up to transmissions. Can't go wrong with Ellis Auto. Straight shooter.”

“This was one of the most wonderful, inspiring business experiences I have ever had. We’re visiting Heart Lake on vacation and got a flat tire. Car troubles are always nerve-wracking, especially when you’re somewhere unfamiliar. Josh and the team at Kost were warm, reassuring and professional, which allowed me to leave them not only my vehicle but also my worries and instead go back and spend a lovely morning with my family.
When we came back to pick up the car (which was fixed up incredibly quickly), Josh presented me with the nail they had removed from the tire. Showing up in a new place with a busted car and an out-of-state license plate, you’re always a little afraid that you won’t be treated fairly. Instead, Josh treated us like family, and we’re incredibly grateful.
