Food especially quesadillas went down hill.Used to use real marinated steak in them,now it’s a cross between gyro steak um mystery meat on a burnt tortilla.Used to give a container you can use as a plate,now a cardboard box you take a hamster home in does fine.Never again?

Receipts at the pump rarely occur, as the tape dispenser must not get filled when it should.
(my experience, last 3 visits)
Other than that, this location is ok.

The store itself is fine but brick up the drive-thru windows and put a car wash where the drive-thru order station is. 15 minute wait to get two coffees at 9:30 pm on a random Tuesday night is a little beyond unacceptable. Almost got out of the car and apologized to the person in line behind me.

It’s really nice to get a receipt from the machine when you can get a receipt from the machine. Please put some paper in there. It’s frustrating to face a busy store where you stand in line for a long time and all you want is a receipt.

I love it because it's easy to use the gasoline on my car, which is cheap. Besides, you can find a variety of things for the very nice customer.

Update: Employees still cant make a milkshake correctly. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake, no Graham cracker on the bottom, no cheesecake. Juat a strawberry shake. Why am i disappointed every time?!?! I literally used to work at this store. Trained well, never had a complaint. Until i was fired because 2 female employees didn't like me and made up a bunch of sexual things i never said. So yea, great environment. Ordered a MTO salad, there was a handful of romaine, when I know it's supposed to weigh 3.15, at least 2.5 handfuls. Homestyle chicken was missing and dressing cup was less then half full. Milkshake had ice cubes in the shake. I love this sheetz, but employees need to be re-trained, or refreshed.

It's not dirty, your staff aren't mean, your product is stocked.I was excited for the opening of this location so I could purchase cigarettes at night, from a location within walking distance."Company policy states that I cannot sell you cigarettes if your license is expired", though. I provide an official, scannable document that states my age. I look like a crusty old man. But I just so happen to not own a car, and have no reason to update such documentation. And I Know you wouldn't accept my birth certificate.Yet you still won't sell me cigarettes? Very silly. Childish, even.

Hey SHEETZ you need to fire some people.I went through the drive thru late at night I ordered on the touch screen and when I got to the window to pay and couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The woman inside must have been on something. She was messing with the screen and moving it around and doing all kinds of weird stuff. NEVER took my money. So I pulled up to the second window after waiting a long time.In the second window I see a guy working his tale off making all kinds of food BY HIMSELF.. there were a couple customers inside. So I was waiting patiently. NOBODY came to the window. Nobody bothered to even check.. I know they saw me. I didn’t leave because I didn’t want the food I ordered to go to waste. It was the craziest experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru. After I saw Atleast 3 customers inside get handed food I beeped my horn. I still waited and a woman opens up the window and is immediately snappy with me.. I said M’AM I see all these people getting food and you guys haven’t even taken my money?? She said all these people were here before you! And I said no, I actually saw them walk in… she said you have to go all the way around back to the first window to pay…. (mind you they didn’t answer at either window)I was baffled so I just left. What kind of people do you guys have working for you??? Anybody off the street? This was the worst drive thru experience of my life … and I’m not certain but that woman may have even been a manager or shift lead of some kind…
