“Excellent, no-nonsense service. They didn't try to tack on any fees or mislead me in any way; they actually provided an upgraded vehicle at no charge. Pickup was fast and easy (reserved and paid less than 24 hours in advance) and after-hours drop off, though a little nerve racking, went smoothly (there is a lack of parking/instructions). Its pretty apparent that the "poor" reviews aren't really contributing any meaningful feedback; I feel bad that these guys have an average rating of less than 5-stars simply because some customers use the reviews to complain about their "less than luxurious" experience.”

“A few weeks back I made a reservation with a different rental car service and the day I was suppose to pick up it fell through! Even after I made a reservation a week earlier.Norma who was with hertz was absolutely solid, went out her way to help me out and get my problem resolved EVEN though I did not make a reservation through them initially. She was patient, kind, down to earth and showed genuine kindness (that’s extremely difficult to find these days.)Norma if you ever see this thank you for showing up in clutch that day!! Not only are you a great employee with Hertz but for being a person who gave me hope that there’s kindness that still exists. Keep your light bright!!! Because you didn’t have to help me out but you made the decision that very second to.”
“Quick service . Cars well mantained. They should focus on odours . My car had some smell of a pet . Last year whem i hired a jeep it was used by some smoker for sure . They may have cleaned it but for me i had to use masks . Nevertheless i praise easy check in and check outs. Professional and trained staff . I would use them again”

“We bought a 2013 Suzuki kizashi used (and not from chermak's) and have had some issues with it. No one could figure it out and no one could find the parts to fix it. We brought it to chermak's one of the last remaining Suzuki dealers and I have to say it was the right choice! All the parts we needed were either in stock or just a day or two away and on top of that they were nice enough to inform me that the issues I was having with the car were part of a recall so the $1000's I was being quoted elsewhere to do the work and who knows how long because they couldn't find the parts didn't cost me anything. Thank you guys for just being honest and most of competent and you have earned my business for a lifetime.”
