My taxes were prepared by Kimberly Spotts at H & R Block
in Souderton, PA. I have received notices from Philadelphia,
Berkheimer and Harrisburg regarding missing tax
information. There are late fees being accessed and
collection agencies have also reached out. I have prepared
my taxes with H & R Block for years, and I have never had
this problem before. I would like all tax problems created
due to negligence resolved and corrected. Also, find and
return all of my original tax documents that were dropped
off for scanning.

Kimberly Spotts is wonderful to work with! She is very calm and caring, personable and yet professional. She goes the extra mile and has decades of experience. I highly recommend her! Thank you, Kimberly, for doing my mom’s final tax return after her death. After 20+ years of helping her with her taxes, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your patience and kindness to her through the years! ❤️

When i was in there they were really professional and nice at first but they wanted to charge me almost 300 bucks for the services and they were saying how " we can get you your return in 14 days" and that was a lie considering they still have yet to get me my return its bren 14 business days and they are taking 1 third of my return for a service that you couldn't even keep your word on, will not be back. Unless it's to get the money you people owe me.

I have used HRBlock for the last 5 years or so and have been very pleased with the ease in uploading documents and my preparer's expertise and knowledge. Taxes done is a day!

First time using them and it was a miserable experience. Rep was unable to open a simple excel file and instead of contacting me about it sat on my return for 6 weeks. There was zero communication and I was kept in the dark for the entire tax season. They didn't even bother to tell me they were going to miss the tax filing deadline. In my last communication in the days prior to the deadline they acted like everything was fine. I finally acted on my own and filed an extension as Block let the deadline pass without ever contacting me. I finally had to contact an office manager and get my return transferred to another tax professional in another office. That representative was better and eventually able to get the return done with minimal issue. I may have just gotten the bad apple, but overall it was a terrible first experience with H&R Block.

Be suspicious of these reviews because my experience was worse than expected i never got respones to emails and Kim was rarely available to talk. I still haven't gotten a return in over 3 months and paid the irs because of an error she was with to make happen after i called my bank to verify things but it was still wrong what she advised me.
