The rep at the photo center was extremely unhelpful and was in a rush. She needs to do better at her communication and customer service skills. I will never go to this cvs for my future needs.

The women at the front counter was nothing but pleasant the store was clean and organized but
I would not recommend the pharmacy

I understand there’s a Mounjaro shortage, but the woman answering the phone can at least show some empathy. She is rude and short with me every day I call to see if I can get the drug I need. (Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic)

The manager at this location is extremely rude. I have had issues with the pharmacy staff in the past here and would have gone to my preferred Harleysville Pike location if I wasn't in a hurry. He was called to the register because my coupon on my app wasn't working. He literally said it doesn't apply and walked away. Didn't look at me, say hi or sorry just walked away. I didn't even have a second to say a single word. The cashier was a sweetheart and even he agreed he was rude. People like this should not be store managers if they can't talk to the public.

I changed my prescription for my birth control 6 times and they refused to give me my pills early even when I payed the extra 15$ for getting it early. Then they close the pharmacy BEFORE 7, leading me to get my period after 8 months of not getting it.if it was someone with a serious illness and NEEDED the meds they could’ve died. This is INSANE.

I thought I was the only one who hated this pharmacy!! The customer service is awful, except with a couple of older gentlemen. The women ARE HORRIBLE!! The Indian pharmacist told me I couldn't pay for something I was told I could pay there. He said, " I am not a burger flipper, I am the Pharmacist." My reply? I am your CUSTOMER and without us, you do NOT HAVE A JOB!!!

The pharmacist at this location is extremely rude and condescending both times I had to encounter him. I will be switching pharmacies immediately. I work in customer service and if I ever spoke to someone the way I was spoken to I would be fired.

Rudest pharmacy staff.. Been there multiple times and everytime the pharmacy or pharmacist is so rude. They have such an attitude. If you hate your job that much, then quit. Don’t take it out on the customer. You deal with people and sensitive situations, you gotta have a little compassion.

This is probably THE WORST pharmacy in the area. Their customer service is non existent. They are so disorganized and they don't know how to successfully stay on top of filling patients perscriptions consistently even when customer gets the same meds filled for YEARS. Had to get meds for a disabled person lives with me. Had to spend all day on the phone trying to get a perscription aorder for a refill they has in their system they had had since April. Then I had to go to cvs 3 times in one day to get the correct prescription refilled. This is the way they treat customers? No thanks I will find another pharmacy. Stay away from this pharmacy If you want your medication filled correctly. They do not care about their patients.

Terrible, and extremely rude. I will never use this CVS location again. Everyone outside of the pharmacy is nice but the woman I talked to at the pharmacy's behavior was atrocious. The woman cut me off multiple times talking over me loudly with extreme attitude, don't care how bad of a day you might be having and it was like 9am mind you....you do not treat any client, or customer that way, period. I am a manager in client service and I would never talk to anyone that way, If you don't like your job quit. This is not the first time I have dealt with nasty pharmacists at this location but several. I couldn't even get a word in to explain how my medication has changed, she fought and argued with me and refused to even look for my needed prescription due to it being on back order for the last year- which is not true because I have gotten the medication every month for the last year including last month, she didn't even bother to look for my script and said I didn't know what I was talking about and maybe I should just call my doctor. He sent the script to this location twice in the last two weeks. Idk if it's disorganized in there or what but you need to either train your employees to do their job properly or get new ones because these people a just straight assholes. It's a shame because I've been using this CVS location for the last 7 years and only recently as in the last 6 months have I had these types of issues.

I had the most delightful time here tonight. I called in while on my way there to see if they had medical boot covers for walking (I have a badly sprained ankle). The gentleman who answered went to look, but I ended up at the store in the meantime, so when he got back on the phone, he told me to meet him in aisle 11. He and Cassandra (who also works there) scoured the store to find something that would work for me and helped me try the options. Cassandra and I actually sat on the floor of the aisle together and tried covers and were laughing hysterically. The 2 of them really helped to make a stressful situation so peaceful and fun. So freaking kind.
