If I could give them less than one star I would. My car was brought in, back in November, because my heating and AC system was making noises and the vent doors were not switching to let the proper temperature air flow. I called Bergey’s to confirm they had the part I needed. I was told yes, but they had to look at it to confirm the problem. I made an appointment, dropped my car off (2 weeks later when they had availability), Dan then calls me the next day to ask why my car was there… I explained the problem, he informed me I did not have an appointment. I told him not to touch my car. If I couldn’t trust them to mark down the appointment I didn’t trust them to fix my car. Dan took it upon himself to go ahead and do the work, without my authorization. The fee wasn’t terrible so I didn’t complain when he told me it was done. When I picked up my car heat was indeed coming out of my vents, which it hadn’t been, so I was fine. Come the heat of summer, AC is only working on one side of my car. After sever calls to Dan with no return call, I asked to speak to the dealership manager. Guess who called me back within the hour? That’s right, Dan, the man who said he hadn’t gotten my messages (I didn’t leave a message when I asked for Dan’s boss, he wasn’t in, I was going to call him the next day) Funny how Dan knew who to call back. He told me they had not in fact fixed the problem I originally brought it in for, it wasn’t in his notes. I took it back for them to see what the problem was and if they had indeed missed something. Dan called to tell me that I needed to replace the “front temperature door actuator” for $313.95 and the “rear mood door” for $533.95. Dan expects me to pay Bergey’s another $850 to fix the problem they were supposed to fix last year??? Lawyers will be called. I HIGHLY recommend you have someone else service your car. Cheats, liars and Dan, the man who will ignore you when you have a problem.

I recently purchased a new ram TRX and had a great experience. My sales representative Jordan did a great job of keeping me posted while my truck was on order and kept me updated the whole time. They also gave a great price for my trade in. I am very happy, and would gladly do business with them again.

Renee was great! My car was towed to her service facility with 2 dead batteries, by Jeep's roadside assistance. She got me in and fixed by EOB! Great service all the way through the process. Highly Recommend this place & Renee!
