Bergey’s is a 4 hour drive from our home. We had been trying to order a 2024 GMC Acadia from our local small dealership since they start shipping in April 2024, but they were not allowed an allocation. I finally searched and found the one we wanted already built at Bergey’s. I was concerned some about making a deal long distance and how things would work once we arrived as we would be a one-time customer. However once there they treated us like longtime friends and were very flexible to any request we had. They actually increased our trade in car value once seeing our car. Since being back home they have continued to be very helpful over the phone for any question or request we have made. For us they are a wonderful company,

Terry was fantastic to work with! He helped me navigate my purchase of a used vehicle with ease. When my check engine light came on due to a minor issue a week after purchasing the vehicle, I dropped by the service center without an appointment and Craig was able to accommodate me very quickly! They had been serviced within an hour. Amazing customer service. I plan to be loyal to the Bergey’s brand for a long time.

The service department was patient, understanding, and called me and walked me through every necessary fix they had to make. They were able to get the job done proficiently and in a timely manner. Dan was wonderful to work with and always made sure I knew what was happening.
