Went inside and gave the specs of windows to someone behind the counter. Was told I’d have a quote in a day or 2. Provided my contact info, phone/email. Never heard from the place. Been nearly 2 weeks as of today and still nothing.Ended up buying 13 windows from another place.

As long as you're standing at the window you get there attention, but you will spend all your time chasing the sales team. Deliveries are great, wharehouse service is phenomenal. Not follow through with the sales. Obviously they are making money hand over first and don't need to worry about customer care

Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and for contractors they have sales reps that will make sure ur taken care of, orders are priced as they should be, even on occasion bring something they missed on an order out to the jobsite. And if ur guys need sweatshirts or tshirts, that's who ud go to. Definitely more professional than alot of places.
