If you don't have perfect credit, you're wasting your time by coming here. Yesterday was our second and last time trying to buy a car from here. They never even try to work with my husband and I. The last time they told us we couldn't get a loan we went to a car dealership in Monroeville the very next day and had absolutely no issues with getting a loan and a car. This time we were looking to trade our SUV in for something smaller, but like always it was just a waste of our time. Also, just like last time they told us it doesn't matter what car dealership we go to, nobody will work with us. What a joke, clearly another car dealership worked with us the last time they said that. They always seem to have an issue with my husband's credit when he has literally never been late on a car payment or any other payment. I'm pretty certain if we would have went somewhere else we wouldn't have had any issues. We won't be making the same mistake by coming back another time.

My husband was out of town and something was going wrong with his truck he didn’t want to take the chance driving home and break down. So he decided to take it to Tri Star. He said it was the BEST SERVICE he ever had. Please go to them they will treat you right and they fixed he truck in record time. Thank you Zack, you did a great JOB!!

I've never been treated so good by a dealership. They go above and beyond, not only the sales people (Jeremy and Steve) but service and office personnel. I will definitely go back to them and recommend them.

I seriously can't say enough good about this place. Got to know the owner Tom really great person well versed in cars the parts department has been great and the mechanics know what their doing and that's more than I can say for most dealerships and I've been to quite a few across the USA!

Took Jeep to Tri Star. They said 60 dollars to look it over to find a leak that was causing the floor to become wet. They told us that it was from the windshield. They charged us 158 to tell us that. We went to have the windshield replaced and it was not the windshield that was leaking.

Hands down the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Sales manager Steve is always great to work with along with my salesman Ryan. Never any pressure or sales gimmicks. These guys are straightforward and I always felt comfortable during the purchasing process. Only place I’ve been that they let you alone while test driving or shopping the lot. I don’t like being hovered over, and that never happens here. I’ve purchased several vehicles from here over the years and I will continue to come back. Thanks for a great experience.

My fiancé took his truck here to get a glow plug changed and when he picked it up the truck had no power to the engine. When we brought it in to get worked on it was running and now it's not and they aren't taking responsibility for it. They may have deleted his tune and that costs lots of money to fix and all they can say is sorry.

I ended up buying a 2022 Ford ecosport from TriStar Somerset dealership they are amazing courteous diligence and very upfront they didn't try to sneak any fees pass me they gave me the lowest possible rate even though I shopped at multiple dealerships and when it came to servicing my car they were very timely very professional and when I found out that my brand new 2022 Ford ecosport SE had a leak in the gas tank they were extremely accommodating and help me set up an appointment to have it looked at they told me it was covered under the warranty and even if it was not covered under the warranty that they would make sure they fix it and because it came off their dealership lot so I'm more than satisfied they are amazing people to go and buy a car from
