I recently purchased a vehicle from One Stop Auto. I was able to stop in and see the vehicle before repairs were made and felt somewhat uncertain what the final results would be. I need not have worried. When the vehicle was done and I saw it, it looked perfect. The purchase process was quickly and efficiently completed and I was off in my new to me vehicle. Everyone there was very friendly and patient in answering my many questions. I would definately purchase from One Stop again and am very happy with the service and expertise provided there!

Went to look at purchasing a vehicle. Never once mentioned that they didn't do financing on site when we called about the vehicle and a follow-up call to make sure they were open on a federal holiday. Talked about trade and price right out in the middle of the waiting area with other customers around. Told us damage was to a certain area on the car, but after requesting pictures of the car, we learned the damage was not in the area they stated.

One Stop is amazing! Fantastic work done to repair my car after a deer strike. They kept me up to date on the progress and got the work done on schedule. Worked with my insurance company and made the process smooth and effortless on my part. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and focused on customer service. I highly recommend One Stop for any of your body shop needs!

Had my jeep painted here, they were supposed to fix a rust spot and paint my jeep along the rockers and part way up the doors. After going over budget, In 6 months the rust came thru the paint. They refused to remedy the situation. Go somewhere else. Nice people at first but a terrible paint shop.owner refused to do anything about it
