Better when it was over by Giant Eagle. Shelves for wares are sparse at times and items going out are few an far between, yet gaylords of donations overflowing outside. Better prices then the salvation army down the road (and cleaner) but they need to reel back on some items.

The goodwill select is a bunch of Mall brands that are priced like they're brand new and they're selling shein for more than what it costs new.

Messy , unorganized, prices are sky rocketing, what gets me they think they are a boutique. Many broken items tagged which shouldn't even be for sale. Before salvation Army closed, Goodwill tried to keep somewhat decent, now they must think Johnstown people don't have a choice, but we do.

Goodwill prices on special things has really skyrocketed. I never thought goodwill would sell a pair of shoes for $100!?! They had some nice things there but I mean come on it's a goodwill the people who shop there don't want to spend $100 on shoes or $25 on a glass chickens

The hours online do not match the in-store hours.There are no hours on the door, so knowing when they're actually open is a puzzle. I've been here three times, each different days and hours, and they have been closed each time without any indication online or at the store other than the locked doors.
