Only giving 1 star as I cannot give a 0……this business and owner is not even worth a 0. I had an unfortunate incident with a trailer and it was taken there as a recommendation from a lifelong friend whom lives in the area. I live 3 hrs away…..heard nothing after a week and a half and I called the business. Spoke with the owner, he said he was happy I called, was given my name and number and he said he would keep me posted. My first concern should have been when he asked me where do I but my parts for it? I said, what do you mean? He then said, well, I normally don’t work on trailers, I can, but normally don’t. I then asked if he wanted or didn’t want to work on it and he said he would. Fast forward, 6 weeks go by and I hear absolutely nothing from this guy. I called numerous times and he doesn’t answer his phone, I left numerous messages with my name and number every time and got no returned call. All I was asking for was an update……I was completely ghosted….I had a local friend stop in person and he was told the parts were ordered and being shipped that day and that the owner was going to call me….anothe Mr week goes by….no phone call. I tried 2 more days of calls and messages, nothing! I then drove 3 hrs and showed up in person. I asked if he was the owner and he said yes, how can I help you? I said I’m here inquiring about my trailer….he gave me a dumbfounded blank stare and somehow couldn’t speak…….i asked if he had any answers and he says what do you mean? I said it’s been over 7 weeks and I have no answer or update on what is going on…I didn’t even get one phone call….I then said to him you a lot of questions to answer to make me happier about this situation…again, the blank stare…I said, can you answer me? What’s going on? Not even one phone call which could have avoided me driving up there? He then got very angry and said Get it the F out of here buddy…..well, he is definitely not my buddy! He then said nobody is gonna tell me how to run my business….. I asked him kindly to move the cars, as the trailer was parked in, and I would remove the trailer….he did move the cars, I thanked him and got no response. I asked him if I owed him anything for his time to look at it or when he brought it to his shop….he said No, just get it the F out of here. I again said, I just want to make sure we are square when I leave and again he said, just get it out of here….as I hooked up trailer to leave he then said, you know, I could charge you storage…….seriously? I said, you already said I owed you nothing and all this could have been avoided had he made one simple 2 minute phone call….do not support this guy or his business, very unprofessional and unorganized.
