He's very efficient and always gets my truck loaded/unloaded without any damages and in a fast pace so I can get on my way. I wish more places were like this.”

“Locked storage facility which requires a code to get in. I have never had a problem getting in. Reasonable rates and you can pay on a monthly or yearly basis to save a little bit.”

“It's open 24/7 which is nice for people who work night shift or can't get to one in the day. It is clean for a laundromat, the machines all work. They have a TV you can change the channel on. The change machines work. They have a bathroom too. The only downside is there seems to be homeless people in there every time I go. (between 3-5 am) The one is cool the he just sat there and said hi when I walked in. There was one sleeping under a table too another time I went. If you call the cops they would probably get them out of there.”

“The units are clean and well maintained and the customer service is great! The manager is very friendly and helpful. I had an internet glitch when I reserved my unit online and it didn't take the reservation. They called back right away and took care of it. When I have had questions they respond very quickly to an email or if I leave a message. These days I believe customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses. That is definitely not the case with Steel City Storage. Thank you”
