I would have given them five stars but the guy that worked there the older guy that was training a newer guy was horrendous he was ignorant and condescending to his worker and to me also it was a bit of a shock to be honest with you. It's a shame that one bad apple can always ruin the whole tree but if that guy wasn't there in my opinion that plays would be five stars all day. #thatdudeneedstogo

I called a few minutes after 9am was told part would be ready in an hour. I gave them 2 1/2 hours. Got there the part wasn't off. We waited with 5....yes 5 other people for over 2 hours and myself over 3 hrs for them to bring me a part that was broken. The guy knew it was broken too.....the parking was absolutely ridiculous. We had to shuffle our vehicle around along with the 5 other people because the workers were blocked in and the clientele kept coming. If you can shop elsewhere........DO IT. They didn't even discount the price for the other people who were extremely frustrated after waiting for hours and getting the wrong parts. I have been coming to Jim for yrs for parts but the level of incompetence was far more than I can handle. This has been a common problem the last few times I have been there. Hopefully they'll start putting customers first. ......you know morals over money.......but I doubt it. Barb is a sweetheart though.

I am mystified by the high ratings for this company. My Mom needed to salvage her car. They came to us recommended. We called Monday intending to schedule a Friday pick up because my Mom wanted me with her but I had to work and Friday was the only time I was free. The person answering the phones wanted to do it Monday. But then agreed to call my Mom Friday morning for a pick up. Friday morning comes no call. She calls them, the response she gets when asking if they’d pick it up was “we’ll try.” We waited still no call. We called at 3 to which she was told “not today honey.” They had so much time to get their act together to get this car. You better be ready right away for them to take your car as soon as you call them otherwise they’ll jerk you around . All I can say is they’re disorganized and don’t know how to use a calendar.
