I have ordered furniture from Levin several times in the past three years. Product is always packaged carefully and is available for pickup in a timely manner. I usually pick up my furniture from the warehouse in Smithton. The staff is always so pleasant, courteous and helpful. They have me in and out and enjoying my purchases in no time.

I purchased the five year "Platinum warranty" on my couch, and was informed that after two years of coverage this is considered normal wear and tear, and that it wouldn't be covered. Please see the photos attached as an example of the quality of products that they sell, and consider going elsewhere! Oh and a nice add is that they have over 100% markup from invoice price into the MSRP of all of their junk products. They are doubling their money on every item they sell if not making much more.Response- as stated during my phone call... I never received any warranty information after my purchase. I was just told to call for any reason and it would be replaced. Regardless I hope this helps to at least educate some potential customers before they waste their money.

I bought a living room set including a lazy boy recliner in December 2021. The recliner was delivered in March 2022 and the rest delivered a few months later. I am satisfied with the furniture except for the recliner. It makes thumping sounds when reclining and shifts back and forth. After a few months, I called. I have a had a technician four times. He sits in, takes pictures and says its normal to make this sound. And talks me into believing its ok. Rubbish, it is getting worse. Finally they took my recliner to the shop to repair it. For three weeks I waited and called twice to see if it was fixed. Finally the lady got in touch with the shop and said it was and we set up delivery. I asked what was done. She said they replaced the springs. Well, my chair makes more noise then before. I believe the chair sat there till I called for it to be returned. And nothing was done.I dont believe they replaced the springs. This chair is defective and Im paying for it. Ive had a motorized lazy boy before and it never made this cracking noise when reclining. It is motorized. It is loud and noisy and scary. People say what is wrong with your chair. I sat in one in the showroom that never made this noise. I never would have bought it knowing that this noise is normal. The customer service keeps saying its normal. Its NOT!! Im paying over $1000 for a piece of _rap!! What do I do? I've asked for another chair. I have extended warranty but it isnt even a year. Disappointed and disgusted customer, *******************

You claim you are hiring and looking for people to work but you wont hire them if they have a medical card. Stupid!!!! Almost everyone has a medical marijuana card now days. As long as I can pass a drug test I dont see what the problem is. Then you have dummies interviewing people that cant even tell you why it matters. All I get is idk why, we just cant move forward. You'll never be able to fill any positions because your interviewers are not educated in the company. And cant tell or explain anything to your potential employees. Just sad

Delivered my couch and chair yesterday. They left, sat on couch opened chair and would not go down. Called for service, they are nasty people, but coming to repair in 2 days. Because of this being a manual recliner we decided we want an upgrade so we called Levin our sale person gone, transferred us to someone else, told her the issue she said we had to call the people that will be doing the repairs and I advised that they told us to call them. She told me this is not my problem and hung up on me. I am displeased with Levin.I have an update: received a call from Kelly, she was awesome. She went over and beyond anything the I could expect to help with the experience the we had. She made everything right. She is the kind of person that you would want to build your business and to make it successful. I am pleased to announce she has built our confidence in Levin furniture. We will be back. Thank you Kelly and Mr Levin for hiring such a great person.Mr and Mrs Smith

Very ticked off. My wife and I stopped @ the Washington Store and a sales girl named Machael sorry for name might be spelled wrong. But we need a new bed room set, since we have been married for a lot of years, we need new, found what we like got a nice sale quote from her with a 25% off as well. I told her give me a couple days to measure the area so every thing will fit. She quickly pushed the finance through my bank with no sale or 25% off she lied about every thing. We just off phone with people @ store after waiting a couple hrs to evan talk to them they said it will be like three days to get moneys back in bank,when it only took three seconds to take it out. Bad business,nowander they where hurting in the past.

Purchased a 3,000 matress...stains on the bottom...THIS WAS BRAND NEW...since its was sat they said we can't do anything until Monday and can't get you one until tues...so where do we sleep until tues...the other matress is gone now...im disabled and nowhere to sleep now...they just wanted to do 10% off materss pad was also stained again brand new...they replaced it said it was free I paid 180 for that pad..horrible experience...customer service is horrible...I will never shop there again and want everyone to know it...this isn't right...I stopped shopping there years ago because of their customer service was horrible there.
