very friendly and accommodating. as a transgender woman who's had bad run-ins with shops before, I can honestly say these people are MTS made me and my dog feel welcome and right at home. I cant thank you guys enough!! it meant more than I could ever express. from now on, all my shop needs go to MTS first! -Kimberly
