Winchester Labs does not disappoint. From the first phone call to weeks after picking up our little guy, Jessica has been incredible. She talked with me about which pup would fit best in my family, gave us weekly pictures, and followed up after we brought him home. They really go above and beyond with sending the puppies home fully prepared and taken care of. Albie is such a sweet dog with a great demeanor. He is beautiful and very smart. We couldn’t be more pleased with him and our experience with Winchester. Thank you!

What a Christmas to remember!!! I stumbled upon Winchester Lab on the internet xmas day. I reached out to Jessica… and she had a (1) female chocolate lab available…”Candy”. Later that week we made the 10 hr round trip drive to pick up the new addition to our family. I knew instantly…we made THE BEST choice!! Candy has now been with us for 2 wks…smart…affectionate…great personality…and on her way to be potty trained. I have had many puppies in my life…and while they all have a special place in my heart…none of them were as well cared for as Candy. Thank you Winchester Labs!!!

I can not say enough GREAT things about Winchester Labs and working with Jessica and Efrain every step of the way. 2020 was a rough year for all but looking forward to bringing home me and my girlfriend's first puppy helped us get through. Jessica from the start was very professional and knowledgeable about the dogs the process and what to expect. When the puppies were born the pictures Winchester lab would post every week were amazing. After we chose our puppy (Bart) having those were so special to us. When it came time to choosing our puppy they facetimed with us and explained everything about the puppies personalities so perfectly, making our virtual decision so much easier. Picking up Bart was a day I will never forget (I would do that 5 hour drive all over again for another one). Winchester labs has an amazing home to raise the puppies. They answered all our questions and walked us through the paperwork in a very professional manner. It has been almost a month now and Bart is the most healthy, smart, friendly loving pup that we so blessed to call ours. He learned commands in weeks and within 2 even started sitting at the door when he had to use the bathroom. I recommend and look forward to bringing home another puppy from Winchester labs in the future.
