Beer to be purchased at the deli register, I can understand that but how can we get someone to check us out? No one seems to care. We told the person at the service desk, he didn't care either.

My 85 year old mother was in shopping yesterday. The check out girl was on her cell phone and stood there picking her nails while my mom had to load her own groceries. What happened to customer service? Someone who didn't even work for the store took her groceries out to her car and unloaded them. I hope her next visit is better.
