The woman who delivers my mail and packages is an absolute gem! Every time she comes up on the porch, if my Rottweiler Zeus is outside, she says hi to him and talks to him in a baby voice and tells him how good a boy he is and gives him multiple treats. She is the only delivery person he is nice to. I've seen her do this multiple times from my doorbell camera. So, thank you!

Would give zero stars if I could. Man was extremely rude and condescending, and was acting as if he couldn’t be bothered.

Warning! Do NOT use this post office for passport applications. The employees cannot be trusted to properly facilitate passport paperwork. My husband and son went here to fill out passport applications 3+ months prior to a family vacation. My husband received his passport in the mail after about 11 weeks. My son received a letter from the state department about 10 days before our trip saying his application was missing a parental permission signature and photocopy of my husband's driver's license. The postal worker should have known these things were needed, it's their job. So the day before our vacation, my husband and son travel 3 hours away to Buffalo, New York, to get a passport in-person, not even knowing if one will be issued that same day. The passport agency staff in Buffalo confirmed it was the Slippery Rock post office worker who messed everything up. You do not want our family's stressful experience, which included hours on the phone over multiple days, wasted time, extra money, and of course worrying if our son wouldn't be given his passport in time for our trip. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE. Hopefully whoever manages it will make it a point to re-train staff about passports soon.

I have had issues in the past. One guy overcharged me for international letters. I am pretty sure he was just lazy and didn't want to individually weigh them. He just stuck on a whole extra stamp! When I enquired about it the next time with a different employee, she told me that was wrong. I could list many other times I have been treated wrong here, so I usually only just buy stamps here, and go to other local post offices for packages, etc.

The only person that has a sense of common sense in there is the post master literally every other employee is rude as could be ! I get gem parcels through this Post Office and it is horrible they crammed all of my parcels together in a tiny little Box and when I asked them to start putting it in the parcel locker I got the worst attitude ever!

This post office is pretty good! Had to ship an international package and the person working knew a lot and made sure all the details were correct but also helped me with some of the stuff I was confused about but was also very detailed but patient with me and kind as well. I only go here a few times but the times I have gone I have always had a good experience.

This post office is the worst. When asked to deliver packages the next day. They took that as let’s hold the packages so they have to come pick them up. Thanks for dropping the ball! If you can have any other carrier drop your package off use them. Save yourself time and a headache and avoid usps at all costs.

The drivers twice now have stopped out our house. Marked us as unable to contact and just left. We are in a “bad” place to deliver. We are on a main road with a driveway very very accessible

Amazon ddu driver here. I have a very high rating and I take great pride in my ability to deliver on time and within the rules of regulation set forth both by Amazon and the USPS. I was treated particularly crudely this morning and accused of dropping off packages early and leaving them on escorted on the dock. The truth of the matter is that I have not delivered to slippery Rock since March. In every job that I have ever worked if I treated somebody the way I was treated today I would have been fired for it. I was threatened and berated for something I had nothing to do with. I will request to my supervisor that I never delivered to this post office again, and I will flat out turn down work that involves going to this post office. I understand people get frustrated, but this was a different level.

Never a problem. I treat them good, and they treat me good.
