Be careful if you decide to use another insurance agent. They will send a cancellation letter to PennDot and create miles of work to prove you have insurance even though your coverage never lapsed. Switching agents is quite possibly the best thing I could have done. Even with the added paperwork. Definitely poor customer service and perhaps even unethical.

He is a big liar and scamer will say anything to sell you or your friend of any nationwide polycy. I was one of his victim please call other nationwide agenency so you will not be like me when i need help he would hung up on me and never call me back. Watch out for this asian guy !
