Store had what I needed available.
Checkout clerk for my visit was a young lady named Esmeralda. She was probably the happiest, friendliest and most helpful person I have met in over a year. Sorted all my similar items into the same bags and had me on my way almost too quickly. Very glad I went to her register. Hope I get her again on my future visits.

I saw a non handycape service dog in the store to day I see this again I will call the health department this unacceptable in any food setting

If you're going to leave self checkout closed. Why don't you hire enough workers to staff the checkout lines. I've waited in this line 15+ minutes for the last time. I will now give all my business to County Market in Grove City.

They never have anything in stock. Today will be my last visit to this store because there have just been too many times now that I have had to go without what was on my list. And it's not even like it is affordable anymore. I will be going to Grocery Outlet instead because I don't even trust to go to another Giant Eagle. You have lost a life long customer.

Just went into the store to buy groceries. Spent 15 minutes shopping only to have to put everything back because there was a DOG in a grocery cart and management didn't say a word about it! It was not a service animal. In fact it tried to climb onto the belt and the cashier was actually petting it! There were no self-checkouts open, there were no other checkouts open and the cashier didn't wash her hands afterwards! I was absolutely not going to put my food on that belt! I put it all back and then left. I'd rather drive to Grove City from now on to do my grocery shopping.

No matter what time you shop at this store, they never have a sufficient number of cashiers on duty.

They never have anything in stock. I hate to start giving my money to Grove City but at least they have more selection. Shame because this used to be a great store when Gary and Chris ran it.

I was just in the paring lot. They don't have enough handicap parking spots. This store is set up for university students. Not for the handicap or senior citizens.

Friendly staff, good selection, sells beer, smoked meats daily, best Giant Eagle I've ever been to. Friends from out of town are always impressed.
