Words cannot describe how great Dean and Trout Creek Surveying was to work with to obtain a survey for my property. Dean was always VERY responsive. Dean and team were able to provide a survey for a property where limited information was available, due to old references and drawings. His knowledge and expertise in this field truly were shown with the detailed information and documentation he provided. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We needed a legal description done on an already surveyed property (the original surveyor didnt complete one). We contacted a handful of other surveyors who either weren't taking new customers or didnt return our calls. Trout Creek answerwed our phone and, gave us a quote, and had the work done in a timely manner. Really appreciated the work they did for us! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

This is an absolute honest review. We purchased two lots to join into one to build our lake house outside Jim Thorpe. I must of called 8 surveyors to get the lots surveyed so I could join them. Half didn't call back, half answered, then never followed up..... including Trout Creek (sounds bad, right?). Well not really. When I called, I spoke to a woman who was not Dean. She said she'd give him the message, but I never got a call back. I decided to email two weeks later, and within a day, Dean emailed back. Not sure what happened, but okay, let's roll with it. We'll from that point on, Dean's communication was on point. I repeat, I cannot say enough how awesome with communication he was. He explained he could do the entire project from start to finish or just do the survey. After thinking about it, I figured pay the extra and have him deal with the township and county. He assured me all I'd have to do is sign some papers and mail them in. That's it. Well, that was the best decision I EVER made. With covid, the township was a difficult experience (not their fault) and I've have lost my mind. Dean handled all of it, start to finish, and kept me in the loop 100% of the time. More over, he was true to his word, all I had to do was sign the papers and mail them back to him. He did all the running around and submissions to the township and county and attended the meetings.150% I would recommend Trout Creek and Dean. His communication is awesome, he's a man of his word, and I got my lots joined with zero headaches. Worth every penny. Thanks Dean!

Dean and his team at Trout Creek did an exceptionally great job with my property. Dean answered all my emails, phone calls and questions that I had. He went above and beyond with finding my property pins in my yard. The two in the back were very tough to get at he he came through with getting me my pins and lot lines for an upcoming project. He and his son did wonderful and would definitely hire him for all my surveying in the future. Thanks Dean!

Started my project about 6 months ago, after lot of phone calls, no call backs and extremely high estimates I finally found someone to do a drawing for my project. I now needed to get my property surveyed, after searching Google I came across Dean and after reading the reviews I called him. A couple days later his wife called me and took all my info and informed me that he was sick so he's a little behind but will call me when he's feeling better. Dean called me about a week later to discuss everything and to setup a date to survey my property. It was a great experience knowing afterwards that Dean did everything he said he was going to do and when he said he was going to do it. Dean and his wife treated me like they've known me for years and provided a very professional service. If I ever need property surveyed again I'll be calling Dean because I know the job will be done in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

I needed to get the property boundaries and offsets surveyed/staked on my property in preparation for some landscaping work and an accessory structure build. After calling around to various surveying/engineering companies, I decided to go with Trout Creek. Since day one and all the way through to the completion of the job, Dean and Rey were very personable, detail oriented, professional, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The cost for the job was very competitive, and they did very good work on time. I highly recommend Trout Creek for anyone needing land surveying work, and I will definitely be using them in the future.
