One of their employees, I can't remember her name, guided us through the process since it was my first-time shooting. It was pretty straightforward, and we had a great time. “These folks are in a town called Slatington. Located in the slate belt region of Pennsylvania. Very quaint town filled with friendly and the folks at A F Boyer are just as friendly. When you walk in it's like going back into time to an America gone by, where folks treat you like you are one of the locals or just about family. Guns Guns and more guns. They do transfers too, and oh yes it's a hardware store too. Pay them a visit and after your purchase take a stroll into the town, it's a pleasant history filled place, from the canal along the picturesque homes that line the edge or the rails to trails route that winds thru town and beyond. I live about 30 miles away, but I come to Boyer's often now. Merry Christmas folks.”
