“My wife was checking out and the cashier forgot to hand her one of the bags. She returned home and noticed she was missing it. I called the next morning and spoke with Dez, one of the managers. Right from the start, she was asking all of the right questions to see if they can locate the bag. After being on hold a few times, they couldn't locate it. And the products in the bag weren't cheap. All skin care products. They said they would get more people involved and would contact me with an update. After 20 minutes, they called back and found it. Dez, from the beginning, did everything right. They were soft spoken, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and had great people skills. They could have easily said " sorry, we couldn't find it" and left it at that. To me, they went above and beyond. It's comforting to know there are employees that do more than just the bare minimum.Thank you again, Dez, for all your help! I can't th”

I only recently have issues making phone calls at work but other than that the service is great.”

“Great staff and atmosphere. Went in to just look at phones and see the different plan options there were, because I was considering switching out of my current plan at another service provider. Austin, talked to me about different plans and was very helpful in helping me consider my options.
He was very informative and patient with me throughout the process, although I didn't get a plan today I think I will be back soon. He would be a good face to the company, and if there ever is a billboard put out he deserves to be the face of it.”
