If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would most certainly choose those options. Unfortunately the great work and professionalism by their tow truck operator James is totally overshadowed and wiped away by their RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL dispatcher named Michele. She blatantly calls 3 AAA professionals liars and has no qualms about it. She thinks she knows it all and her sole goal is to extort payments out of you despite a valid AAA membership. Her demeanor is no different than a street thug threatening you to hand over your wallet. On topic it, she calls you "hun" as a self-proclaimed sign of respect. I doubt that she even know what that word means or even how to spell it. I am launching several official complaints with AAA corporate, the PA Turnpike Authority, and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. She is a personification of what gives the towing industry a bad name. Give her a baseball bat and she would probably gladly bust the kneecaps of their customers. Low as low and unprofessional as unprofessional can be. I guess me using that term unprofessional describing her would mean that she even knows what professionalism is. And I can guarantee you, she DOES NOT...It is an absolute shame that they have a phenomenal tow truck operator like James (professional, courteous, friendly, hard working) and the drag the bottom of the barrel by hiring someone as low of a caliber as Michele. What a shame. That shows that company ownership does NOT CARE about customers like YOU and ME.
