“Hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. Stopped in having issues with my brakes. I had no appointment and had never been there before. Christine, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing! She was kind enough to let me leave my car there so the mechanic could look at it that day. She called me shortly thereafter and said that he looked at it and would take care of my rear brakes that same day and scheduled me for the front brakes for 10 days later!
They have a new customer for life, along with my extended family who were so impressed by my experience.

“I did not purchase any vehicle from Eberhardt motors for reasons beyond their control, however, I had an amazing experience with them whilst looking into a vehicle on their lot and it spoke so loudly of their business to me so I wanted to write them a review. It’s kind of a drive to get to them but I truly wanted this vehicle and didn’t mind making the trip, it was in the right price range for me. Nicole was very thorough with all my questions and super attentive (I had many questions and most of them came at different times meaning many calls) she never acted frustrated with me once and was very thorough. Refused to give me false info when it came to my asking what features the vehicle had etc. which I truly appreciate. It is a family owned business and u truly get that feeling. I even had an owner call me from his vacation to discuss this purchase! They worked with me on a few things and I was very impressed. Great work I would do business with them. Seem very trustworthy.”

“We needed to find a solution for having 3 automobiles and a 2-car garage. I looked online and found Rotary Lifts and read a lot about their commercial use. Reaching out to the REP, I was referred to Herpels as their dealer / distributor in NEPA. I spoke a number of times with Will Saks about my needs, available room and intended usage. We decided on a smaller model than I was originally thinking. Herpels is FULL service and easy to work with. They delivered the lift, brought their own fork lift, built the lift and adjusted the positioning for ease of use for my two vehicles planned for that area. The installation team helped teach me how to use the lift, and helped to load and unload my vehicles. GREAT service from start to finish. I highly recommend Herpels”
