I have been banking with key bank for with little while now I I am so. Glad that I made the decision too . They offer many different and variety of costumer perks ect and the customer service goes above and beyond there absolutely one of the best if not the best bank I have ever banked with hands down

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this bank for a car loan. I have had way too many major issues with only having my car 2 years! First off they try and say your payments are late when they just have them sitting in limbo and you have to wait in hold for 2 hours to prove to them you did pay it through your third party automatic company through the dealership with a 3 way call. Then if your co-signer passes good luck ever getting anything done with that car because it takes over a month to get anything done and they still won’t give any answers. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you that no one is picking up the line and hang up.

The bankers are unbelievably rude. It doesn't give you the right to disrespect me, just because I'm smart enough not to fall for your sales pitch. I have the right to deny opening an account. It's not my problem you're not meeting your monthly goals set by your bosses. Thank god for TD bank!

We had just opened a new account with branch and were unfamiliar with the hold times on new checks and sent a check for our local taxes that was returned for insufficient funds. The only problem was that the funds were held longer than we had anticipated. Once I explained that we had never had a check returned for insufficient funds the bank manager, Carol Daniels personally got involved to clear up the check. She personally called the local tax administrator, explained the situation and was able to have our check clear with no penalties. She personally kept us up to date with the entire process and has proved to be very approachable. We thank her for her help in what could have been a real problem and would recommend the bank to any local Skippack residents.

Went to this bank, now called First Niagara, but has same phone number and address. Started a new account with them with a CSR, I don't remember her name it might have been Karen. Made multiple mistakes while entering my application (which I had to correct), entered the wrong amount of money I was depositing by over a hundred dollars, had to start my application over she made so many mistakes, had to call their hotline repeatedly for help, and lastly entered my address wrong on the new application so I couldn't receive my debit card or checks, or access my money without walking directly into the bank. Although she and everyone else working there are very friendly and fixed the problems, she clearly had no clue what she was doing and unnecessarily wasted a lot of my time.
