My wife hit a deer the night before Thanksgiving. The car is beat up, but everyone is ok.After everybody calmed down, I sent one text to Cheryl Huesken @ Johanna M. James: Allstate Insurance, and I started the claim online. That's literally the hardest we've had to work. On the next business day, Cheryl and I were on the phone, and then she spent her day getting us set up for the rental, the body shop, and the tow. When the first tow fell through, she was once again on the phone getting the second one set up. She's texted every day of the process to check in. Our only responsibilities so far were making sure the tow truck driver got the key and getting my wife to the rental car.It's been COMPLETELY stress-free. (For the introverts - We haven't had to make a single phone call! We've been called or notified by every party along the way.)My two cents - If you don't have an insurance agent doing the hard work with you, you don't have an insurance agent. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Cheryl Huesken!!

I had insurance with them for years. Finally switched and found huge savings with another company. When I cancelled my policy they did not cancel it and I was unaware and I have been dealing with cleaning it up for 6 months. Then when it was back dated and cancelled it was incorrectly put in for the wrong date. I am literally paying for an error on their part. When there is a problem no one is able to help or figure it out. Just got a bill from a creditor that Johanna told me would be figured out. Anyway, shop around and when you cancel, send an email and a certified letter to Johanna James.

After a few years with her quoted me 260 a month. to add a used vehicle. Went on another site with all same info and was quoted at 106. Our family has so many problems with Allstate for home , and car. They want to overcharge you but then when you need them they cover nothing. I do not recommend Allstate at all

Absolute horrible experience. They never respond especially when you need them to. I've never had any issues, I always pay in full and on time, yet they never changed my premium amount that they quoted me and I've been trying to get ahold of them since Oct 22nd. My bill is due on the 11th. They're causing me extreme anxiety and stress that is uncalled for during these times.Edit: She lies to cover herself. She claims I did not try to contact her, when I did on the 22nd. When she finally got back to me on the phone she was rude to me and tried to guilt me over my reviews. I stand firm on my reviews. Slimy insurance agent.

Cheryl was amazing! At a tough time during COVID-19 when the whole world was seemingly shut down, Cheryl showed up... in a big way! We had a flood in our basement and with just one phone call - nerves were calmed, business was taken care of, advice was given, hands were held (socially distant of course :-)!) and payment was made swiftly to make us whole again. THANK YOU! It's all about the relationships!
