This place did fine work on my car - just an oil change, but they charged 3.99% because I used a credit card. Not only is charging that fee against most card issuers policy, it's far higher than the normal 2.8% + $.30 per transaction fee. I asked the employee and he said that is what they are charged, which I don't actually believe.Service: Oil change

Just went with my fiancee for an inspection. Upon waiting for the inspection I heard this man behind the counter talk about all of his personal drama. Then this man took out all of his personal problems on me and my fiancée as he rudly went on failing our inspection. The reason for the one star. I knew my vehicle was completed the person that did the oil change returned my key fob. I then walked to the register where a man proceeded to talk but I had no idea he was talking to me because he did not greet me nor did he look at me when speaking. The whole entire time I sat there. Pretty rude if you ask me. I don't think I will be going there again. I have received better service elsewhere and better price than an $80 oil change. I think they need to practice being nicer to their customers.

Spent over 3k for an inspection. That included breaks, tires and rotors. After installing an warped rotors on my fe9nt left tire, they refuse.to take ownership over the 2nd warped rotator that was installed. I had to fo to another to fix their mistake after they made me seem like I was making it up.Service: Auto brake repair

My first time here, brought my new wrx in for oil change , was skeptical at first as it was my first time here with my new car, but you can watch from the window and actually see them replacing the oil filter and pouring in the clean new oil. Very friendly staff and they even wash your windows!Service: Oil change

I needed an inspection but with my schedule it is hard to get appointments anywhere. I called early and they told me to come on in! I waited less than an hour and it was a breeze from start to finish. I will definitely go back for inspections there from now on! Thank you to everyone there! It's nice to go somewhere where you're treated like a human and not a "mark" because you're a woman. So women.... I feel very comfortable telling you to go there!

New shop for me. As someone who gets frequent oils changes due to work, value, product quality, customer service and trust is key. I get that all and more at Express Care & Lube.Steve and Carl have a great team and they’ve taken care of me every time. I trust them. One less thing to worry about. I now have my place for oil change, Inspection, service. Local ownership too!
