03/04/24Sinking Spring Redner's! Second best to their Wyomissing Store. But because I reside nearby, I attend 6 days a week for my brunch, two bananas, two Greek yogurts, and a 2 liter Swiss Miss diet green tea. Total less than $5, better than fast food! If I cheat, I purchase a .99 cent peanut butter doughnut with a .94 cent French coffee. When I am hungry for protein, I absolutely love their fried chicken and rotisserie! Crunchy, Juicy, Flavorful & Hearty! 3 pieces for $3.98 and my favorite 12 pieces for $8.98, that I eat for brunch & dinner. Much better than KFC, slightly above Bojangles, but - below Popeyes. Redners could be more competitive if they offered at least one spicy, or even better, offer of small pods of barbeque, honey mustard and hot & spicy for complimentary, or .25 to .50 cents a piece. Also if your store had a microwave like your mini-markets, because you have so many refrigerated premade meals available. I wish you had a premade buffet like your Wyomissing store also, but - I do not know if it is logistically possible. Better than fast food, and cheaper than restaurants! This should be your new slogan, and I want credit. Smile! I told several of your employees, but - I never received an update. I also love that you are locally owned and operated and also part employee owned. Thank You. Eddie

03/31/24: Sinking Spring Redners! Of all the Redner stores, I frequent the one located in Sinking Spring the most because of convenience, and usually get my brunch at app 10:30 am, 6 days a week which is comprised of 2 bananas, 2 yogurts and a 2 litter of diet green tea, and if I want to splurge, a peanut butter doughnut for .99 cents. There is also a hot cup of French roast coffee for .94 cents is also a great deal! If I am very hunger, I get their 3 piece chicken for $4.00 or if I am really hungry their 12 piece for $9, which I save the remainder for dinner. Much, much better and healthier especially if you peel the skin like I do, than fast food and more affordable, especially for an individual & family. Their chicken is delicious, warm and moist and much better than KFC! They should advertise more frequently and their rotisserie is also delicious and a great value. I have already spoke to 2 employees at the Sinking Spring Redners about having at least 1 chicken that was hot and/or spicy. If that is too troublesome, at least several variety dipping pods with multiple favors that could be included, or for a nominal charge of .25 to .50 cents a piece. By the way, I also enjoy that they are locally owned & operated, and owner & employee owned, keeping the money in our hometown area! This is why I am loyal to them, and they are my primary grocery store and mini-market. Thank You. EddiePostscript: instead of having microwaves at your Redner mini-markets, can you please have them at your grocery stores also? You have a wide selection of premade food that is delicious and cold, but - if you had a microwave, they would be great for lunch and/or dinner. TY!

Went in for 2 foot sandwiches at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. They had ham and cheese in the premade case but I wanted turkey and Italian. There were 4 employees in the deli and one other customer. I asked if they could make me a 2 foot turkey sandwich and an Italian. The employee told me they are in the case. I responded only ham and cheese. She said sorry the sandwich maker went home. She told me to go the the Redner’s Quick Market in West Lawn. I asked if they made the 2 foot subs at that location she said yes. So the best solution she and 3 other deli employees could offer was for me to drive to West Lawn. Reluctantly I did drive to West Lawn. At the West Lawn location I was informed that they do not make 2 foot subs!!! Employees there were at least much more concerned for the customer. Thanks for the runaround Redner’s!!!!!!

I went because it was close to where I was working and also because it’s supposed to be local food. And I’m trying to learn my way around the store so a manager was scanning stuff and I said oh great that’s exactly what I was looking for OK did he bother to get it for me from the top shelf? No. Then he was talking to a friend and I am waiting to ask him where something was and number one he didn’t pause his conversation for a second so after about five minutes, I just went and asked someone else meanwhile, the managers pants were unzipped. I asked a couple employees for what I was looking for and they said it was on the frozen Isle. Yeah I think I could’ve figured that out considering it was a frozen product but they were more helpful than their manager. Finally, the manager with his unzipped pants helped me find what I was looking for. I suppose I just need to get used to the store. The check out young man was very nice and actually thanked me for coming to the checkout counter instead of the self check out because otherwise, they’re just standing there. If the store doesn’t increase or customer service but I’m afraid that they’re going to go out of business, so then will only be stuck with the big companies .

Excellent store! Redner's is by far my favorite local grocery store to shop. This location truly excels in customer service and the GM and Grocery Manager are both excellent to work for and shop for! Jeff is absolutely on top of his store! A+++++
