The store was very clean and organized. However, the employees in the Deli especially the older woman were very rude. I was ignored multiple times until I was able to get an elderly man behind the counters attention.

I think they are bit pricey.

The quality of some of their products were subpar. Was really disappointed with the quality of a pork roast I purchased recently. More fat than meat when it was finished cooking. And their rotisserie chickens sold in the deli are incredibly small and overpriced. They look like Cornish game hens. That's how small they are.

Congratulations Redner's!! Your office manager just saved the company $3.
There is a right way and a wrong way to talk a customer through an issue. The right way is to offer an alternative solution. The wrong way is to be pedantic and make the customer feel really stupid! Perhaps your office manager should stick to managing the office.
You won't miss me and the paltry amount spent by a retired widow. I won't miss the $3. But....think about it. I will.

03/04/24Sinking Spring Redner's! Second best to their Wyomissing Store. But because I reside nearby, I attend 6 days a week for my brunch, two bananas, two Greek yogurts, and a 2 liter Swiss Miss diet green tea. Total less than $5, better than fast food! If I cheat, I purchase a .99 cent peanut butter doughnut with a .94 cent French coffee. When I am hungry for protein, I absolutely love their fried chicken and rotisserie! Crunchy, Juicy, Flavorful & Hearty! 3 pieces for $3.98 and my favorite 12 pieces for $8.98, that I eat for brunch & dinner. Much better than KFC, slightly above Bojangles, but - below Popeyes. Redners could be more competitive if they offered at least one spicy, or even better, offer of small pods of barbeque, honey mustard and hot & spicy for complimentary, or .25 to .50 cents a piece. Also if your store had a microwave like your mini-markets, because you have so many refrigerated premade meals available. I wish you had a premade buffet like your Wyomissing store also, but - I do not know if it is logistically possible. Better than fast food, and cheaper than restaurants! This should be your new slogan, and I want credit. Smile! I told several of your employees, but - I never received an update. I also love that you are locally owned and operated and also part employee owned. Thank You. Eddie

03/31/24: Sinking Spring Redners! Of all the Redner stores, I frequent the one located in Sinking Spring the most because of convenience, and usually get my brunch at app 10:30 am, 6 days a week which is comprised of 2 bananas, 2 yogurts and a 2 litter of diet green tea, and if I want to splurge, a peanut butter doughnut for .99 cents. There is also a hot cup of French roast coffee for .94 cents is also a great deal! If I am very hunger, I get their 3 piece chicken for $4.00 or if I am really hungry their 12 piece for $9, which I save the remainder for dinner. Much, much better and healthier especially if you peel the skin like I do, than fast food and more affordable, especially for an individual & family. Their chicken is delicious, warm and moist and much better than KFC! They should advertise more frequently and their rotisserie is also delicious and a great value. I have already spoke to 2 employees at the Sinking Spring Redners about having at least 1 chicken that was hot and/or spicy. If that is too troublesome, at least several variety dipping pods with multiple favors that could be included, or for a nominal charge of .25 to .50 cents a piece. By the way, I also enjoy that they are locally owned & operated, and owner & employee owned, keeping the money in our hometown area! This is why I am loyal to them, and they are my primary grocery store and mini-market. Thank You. EddiePostscript: instead of having microwaves at your Redner mini-markets, can you please have them at your grocery stores also? You have a wide selection of premade food that is delicious and cold, but - if you had a microwave, they would be great for lunch and/or dinner. TY!
