I just picked up my Toyota Rav4. I can't tell that there was ever any damage. The people who handled my repair were absolutely great. Repair workmanship was great. I highly recommend you use this shop for your damaged car.

With the parts shortage taking place around the world its kinda hard to fault them on wait times. Once my parts finally arrived "2 months Toyota parts" they did a excellent job on fit and finish. Truck looks almost as good as new!Services: Painting

I have TWO Volvos I have serviced here for years. I had TWO accidents involving both cars and they never submitted the claim for the second car, only the one they fixed and billed me instead of the insurance. The insurance sent me a check which I thought was for the 2nd car which had not been fixed yet. They never explained which Volvo they were billing for and one day decided to refuse to give my son back the keys when he brought it in for service. They dropped him at home with no house key to get in. I would give one star except the person at the desk I usually deal with immediately gave me back the keys and AFTER getting the keys back, I paid the bill they never explained to me. I almost wanted to leave just so the idiot who kept the keys would know he didn’t force me....but I pay ALL my bills on time. Also they said they didn’t know my classic car body to fix it. I updated from one star to 4 because of Jovi.

Worse service and repairs! Also a girl named Beau was extremely rude. When they had my car for a 2-3day repair, I called to check on my vehicle after two WEEKS. I told her that I was receiving bad service. She said "whatever". Then Michael called to extend pickup date to 3 WEEKS! I called the manager Kobi who said he would check on it and call me in 30mins. He never called and had Michael call me to say "why did you call the manager after I called you." After 3 weeks, I got my car but was told it was not done and I have to bring it back. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. NEVER GO HERE!

Performance Body Shop diligently and skillfully managed a potentially dissatisfying experience, turning it around into one that demonstrates the business's commitment to its customers and to their satisfaction. Thanks to this effort, we intend to return for future service and to look at new cars when we are prepared to purchase one.Performance Toyota does perform quality service and body work, but we did not have the most positive overall experience. Our car was towed to the service location the day before we had a body shop appointment, where Performance Toyota allowed over a foot of snow to fall on it before forgetting about our car. After a period of time under the snow, our car seemed to have become, "Out of sight; out of mind," to the staff. No one looked at our car, even though we had our appointment on the books for a small amount of body work and a small repair, each of which only needed a part and minimal labor time, for over a week. The front-line service staff even acknowledged that they forgot about our car.This poor bit of customer service and the resultant delay aside, Performance Toyota did the right thing by us. We were given a loaner car upon request, given their lack of attention to seeing that our car was repaired in a timely fashion. Furthermore, Performance Toyota offered to complete the vehicle's annual inspection, which was due, at no cost to us as further compensation for the inconvenience.The service manager and front-line employees were polite and considerate, and we have no complaints against any specific employees at Performance Toyota. We simply were the victims of an unfortunate set of circumstances, which Performance Toyota succeeded in correcting, successfully converting a displeased customer into one who values the way this business corrects its errors and appreciates its customers.Services: Electrical

They did good work and had our vehicle ready ahead of when they estimated. You can't tell where our vehicle had an issue and the paint seems to blend seamlessly. I can't speak to the price as it was covered by someone else's insurance.
