bought a used truck here it had ' FRAME' work done so it could be resold to the public when i went to look at the truck i seen patches on the frame covered in paint and an oil rust preventer and don told me he had the bed off to fix holes in the frame that was last year i was worried about what was hiding deeper march of 2024 take my truck in for inspection and got very bad news patch work and welding is burnt crossmembers in front on the fuel tank rotted and rear shock mount just rotted off while driving i was told by mr don that i would get years of use out of the truck more like 1 year and 5 months now i need to find a frame dam shame im out thousands of dollars oh well rite life goes on

I cannot say enough good things about Paplosky's! I took a work vehicle there for repair after another repair shop didn't seem to want to schedule, and my service at that time was excellent. Their communication was top notch, they were really friendly, and both passionate & knowledgeable about car service.Fast forward 1.5 years later and I knew that I wanted to take my Toyota 4Runner there for an undercarriage coating, but finding the time to have it away for 3-4 days was difficult for me. Unfortunately (or fortunately?!) I was hit by a truck & needed to have collision repairs. Naturally, I wanted to take it to Paplowsky's. They were willing to schedule me for both services at the same time, which was great!We spoke about how I really want to take the 4Runner to the max mileage, some of the future service options, etc. I could not have been more impressed with their depth of knowledge--from the nuances with different types of shocks & struts, to even tread pattern with their preferred and recommended tires. Their recommendations were backed with the "why" as well, which what I genuinely appreciate.As someone that doesn't have the knoweldge, but the desire to maintain my vehicle, I could not recommend Paplowsky's more. I left incredibly(!!!) happy with my undercarriage coating, again pleased with their body work on the collision repairs, and with options & a game plan for future needed service.I really hope that this review reaches someone that is considering Paplosky's. This shop is 100% awesome! Mechanic Steve went way above and beyond to help me out with my Jeep. These are truly good, honest people who really care about their customers (a rare find these days). I highly recommend you use Paplowski's Auto for all your service/body shop needs. I can't say enough about how happy I am that I chanced upon them.

Had an excellent experience here. Aftergoing to several places and not gettingan answer to what was wrong with mycar. Most unethical auto repair in the county. Was quoted 1740.00 for repairs of 2 vehicles. Handed bills for for almost 2500.00 with no prior warning. Was told. Oops ..we forgot to add labor..and it took longer than we thought...what a bunch of crooks

Dave was wonderful, and I 100% recommend Paplosky's services. After a collision, I needed to get my CRV repaired. Dave managed my entire experience as a customer, even taking the time to walk me through the steps to take with Geico for reimbursment. My repairs were completed almost 2 weeks less than the quoted time (a godsend, since I'm in the middle of a home purchase) and they even diagnosed and repaired a brake issue that I had, sending me home with the old master cylinder that had recently been replaced so that I could get a warranty claim. they didn't do a good job undercoating my truck they were suppose to do the entire underside, I believe they just sprayed over the rust
