I am such an anxious customer, and every time I have been in the shop, both of the staff members (it has been the same two people each time) have been unbelievably kind, warm, and courteous, both to me and to everyone else in the shop. So wonderful and rare for someone to be so thoughtful with strangers. Makes me believe in a more community-based world where people take better care of each other, and really makes life easier for someone like me for whom this kind of small errand can be quite stressful.
