We purchased 2 sets of living room furniture and a whole bedroom suit in August (almost 9k of items). We completed the financing paperwork (this went through the salesman and financing person). By the time we got home, we had a call that they missed a line item and the amount was incorrect (we had to return to the store to re-sign). Took time from my busy schedule to go back to the store the following day after work to re-sign the paperwork at 545pm. The lights were off (closed) when website says open until 6pm. Had to make another trip the following day to sign the corrected financing paperwork. Talk about an inconvenience.9/20/23 we received our furniture. The back of our bed had damage. We called right after the delivery to make a note about this with the store. The repair person came out about a week later and said a whole new piece would have to be ordered. Feceras contacted us that this isnt a piece they carry and would need to come from the manufacturer. We send pictures of the damage on 10/24/23. Then we dont hear anything back about when the part was going to come in. WE called the store again and were told the person at the manufacturing company forgot to put in the request for the new piece to be ordered and it is back ordered (not sure why Feceras didnt follow this through).We voiced our frustrations and magically the part was on order. The original date it was set to come in it didn't. Finally got a call on 11/27/23 the part was in and repair person would be out to fix it.11/30/23 My husband moves the bed to get everything ready for the repair (queen size bed) since it is the back panel. Now get a call from the repairman that the box has water damage and a whole other piece will have to be ordered.Can't wait to see how long this takes for a new piece to come in.We have been faithful Feceras customers for MANY years, but this lack of customer service and follow through has cost them our return business. Their website states "excellent service" and our experience has been FAR from it. We were going to purchase additional pieces and now will not. Thumbs down Feceras!!!12/1/23 saw your response to the review and that is the exact point....you should have been following up with the manufacturer to ensure the part was ordered and shipped, it should not take the customer doing so to get things moving along! We are going on over 2 months of having a piece of damaged furniture ?.1/9/24 still has not been fixed. Replacement part had same damage and new piece on order. This replacement part has more plot twists and turns than a movie!

From the floor salesman to the delivery service, Fecera's was top notch in every way! No hassle, no forced purchase, but very informative, friendly and fast delivery. Highly recommend Fecera's. Bought furniture here 18 years ago and came back recently to replace that furniture....18 years it lasted!!!

I was very impressed by the selection of furniture that Fecera’s had in their showroom. The staff were friendly, helpful, and not too pushy. I was welcomed and helped by Kira who was wonderful to work with and so helpful and sweet! The furniture selection was well made and not overpriced. We received our furniture in less time than expected and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Fecera’s has made a returning customer out of me and my family. They were great from start to finish!
