Place is discussing any time I go there when I go to a store I want to be greeted with a smiling face not somebody who doesn’t wNt to be there the guy with no teeth smiling doesn’t help the girl at register could barely speak English now I know why your going bankrupt

At 845 the doors were already locked with a cashier at the register. The sign on the door read open 9-9. After reading previous reviews this issue seems to go back a few years.

Huge sign on the door says hours are 9-9 for the Holiday season. Have 3 employees standing around laughing at the registers at 835, with customers still in the store and the front door is locked….?Guess it’s hard to find good help these days.I’ll drive to Wernersville for better customer service and guaranteed hours of operation.

I wanted to purchase two laundry baskets, sale sign said $5 and $8. They rung up at $7 and $13. When I questioned the price I was told the price went up. Huh?? I, again, said the price is on the sign…. They just said, we need new signs. These are $7 and $13. At the very least they should have apologized but, really, I should have been given the price on the sign.

It's 7:23pm on January 30th 2022 and your store doesn't close till 9pm at 3564 W Penn avenue, Sinking Spring and your store has 2 workers closing out drawer with there hoods up so no one can see them, also as I was typing this another customer pulled up and was looking to also purchase something in the store so you're losing business by them closing the store early for some reason.

It's a grocery store. The prices are not bad and they carry lots of gift items as well

Much cleaner than the last time I was here. Very nice customer service and pretty neat new items in bedroom department and seasonal. I will be coming back to check ot out!

A nice store. The weekday staff are more organized than the weekend staff. Always tight getting around this store compared to other FD. Oh and if you use cash be careful. I will leave it at that use your imagination there.

Walked into this store on my break to grab a coffee from the cooler. Spent so long in line im retired now. We may never know if a store can run on a staff of 3 people and noone on register, but this family dollar is doing the legwork to find out
