I have been in many Dollar Tree stores over the years and in various parts of the country. The store in Sinking Spring is the cleanest, neatest, and best managed of all!

As a part time employee, I was yelled at and told to quit by the abusive manager, Jess, ON CHRISTMAS EVE!She did this in front of customers. In the 5 weeks I worked there I had to watch her make multiple customers feel like they were an inconvenience to her as well as speak poorly about my coworkers in front of me and customers. She even called then text me (after i hung up on her) 9 days after her outburst to tell me she didn't do what dollar tree's cameras should've seen her do, if they actually had the cameras they claim to have.Dollar tree is dead to me!TEMU's cheaper and never once harrased or berated me in front of innocent shoppers.

The store is so nice and clean and employees are very nice, the manager Jess is always helpful and nice and smiling.. Thanks for all your help

Management is very unprofessional. If employees are having problems, pull them to the side, dont yell and tell them to quit in front of customers, especially on Christmas eve

I always love coming to this store! Jess the manager was super helpful when I couldn't find certain items! I don't understand the random negative reviews on here I see about her, as she's always very friendly with all the customers I see, including myself, when I visit. If anything, I've seen a lot of morons and selfish people walk into this store who already look like they're having a bad day and cause problems in the store (so that's probably who is leaving the negative reviews on here). If you act like a respectful, non-entitled, "normal" human being, you'll never have any complaints about this location and will probably like it as much as I do; but if you knock tons of things over and don't pick them up, leave full carts and baskets all over the store, attempt to steal things, or let your kids start to literally destroy the store, then really someone should say something to you about it, including other customers. This store gets a 11/10 for me! Boo hoo to the crybaby's leaving bad reviews!

Would rather shop here than any other Dollar Tree store in Berks. Well stocked, organized and clean. Manager and staff do a great job.

Very disappointed. A manager made a mistake and blamed it on another employee. Many people were waiting in line as they tried to rectify the situation. The manager, Jess, yelled across a few aisles being extremely rude to the customer and to her employee. They must have put the wrong amount on a prepaid Visa and “Jess” says just get another card and put the rest of the amount on it. The customer said she would have to buy another card “$5 ?” Jess says FINE I will pay the $5! Very unprofessional and rude.

Store Manager Jess and her staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Customers seem very happy to be shopping at this particular store over others in the area.

Would not recommend the sinking spring store on 422. The Manager Jess is very Rude , she likes to confront the customers and yell at them. Jess also like to give the staff a hard time and take her frustrations out on the staff. Corporate is being called on this location.
