“Fantastic place to buy delicious foods and beverages. Super friendly staff made my first trip here a great experience. Will be back when visiting friends in Lancaster!”
“Hey Elaine try asking for chipped lunch meat, having worked in a deli, you can only go so thin, and slice it, only other option is chipped if you like it paper thin.”
“These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Old school place where customer service is top priority. They have a great variety of products. One of the few places that sell heating oil to customers who cart it themselves because they can't afford delivery rates 300 gallons at a time.”
“It's a very clean store that welcomes you with an atmosphere of a small country store. But they have everything you need and a lot lot more. The meats are amazing from steaks to hamburger to lunch meats galore. The produce is fresh and the assortment is great. They have everything you need for your holiday baking. And they have a large selection of handcrafted holiday shopping waiting for you. The prices are fantastic. Is he on and easy off of the 283 bypass. So come visit Lilian's country store it's amazing.”
“This saves people who live out in the middle of nowhere having to drive to maybe Nottingham if it's night time so this place is totally about being convenient they got cigarettes and I would assume they have a couple other things and that's if they don't you know nowadays go down the road I believe there's dollar store but this place so it's great for the convenience and if you are local you can walk”
“Great little local grocery store. Even though it's small this place is full of goodies. From ready made subs to fresh beef and deli meats. The beef is good quality. They have a freezer section too that is also jam packed full of goodies. Shaved chicken and beef steak. They have frozen pizzas and mini hot dogs in Hawaiian bread that are out of this world for a quick after school snack. Hand dipped ice cream is also one of my favorite options when coming here.”
“The best subs in Lancaster city! The husband retired but the son took over in his place. They're good people. The wife never ages. She's so sweet♥️ and her subs are delicious?”

76 Howard Ave, Lancaster“Live right around the corner from Kianny's and go there everyday for groceries. Am very pleased with selection, and also their deli, grilled, and fried foods are amazing. Very delicious and excellent price for huge portions. Would recommend anyone to try.”
“Nice store. Nice staff. Still need to watch for dates on food but 90% of it was good.
My wife is excited though because they have a ton of Vegan and vegetarian food for real cheap. For example, beyond sausage is $4 compared to $9 at giant. So excellent deals there. Date range was still plenty far out and it was stored frozen properly.
I like the meat selection and snacks which are far cheaper than other stores.
I definitely recommend you look here first for cheap food before going to your normal grocery store.
Edit: still agree with this review in 2024”
“Their own Excellent homemade fresh baked goods. Also a huge variety of spices, nuts, baking goods, a small selection of frozen items, fruits and vegetables and dry goods”

301 Rohrerstown Rd Building 1, Lancaster“Great store: great prepared foods, good produce, helpful staff, ample inventory of stocked items; glad that yall have 4-5 scooters for handicapped people, ample parking.”
“Love visiting this grocery store because it's got that charming and old-school feeling however carries all the necessaties any big-box grocery store would provide plus it's on the smaller scale so this alone makes it easier and faster to shop because you're not walking a football field just to reach the other end of the store as with Giant and Weis. Every checkout has a friendly human cashier (which is rare these days) plus 3 self-checkout lanes which are closed during off peak hours.”
5AM - 10PM
1406 River Rd, Marietta“Herr's greatest strength is that it's convenient. It's a very traditional, small town mom and pop, type convenience store. The type of store where the employees remember your names and what you like to buy.”
“I go here all of the time for sandwiches and other stuff like drinks. Everyone is super nice and their selection is great. My favorite is the tripleta sub - easily the best I have had. You can also call ahead 15-20 mins for pickup to make your stop quick”
“The staff is so darn nice I enjoy their variety of products. I make it my mission to go there at least once a month. If you do, get the Jaffa Cakes. You won't regret that.”

2000 Crossings Blvd, Lancaster“Absolutely love, love Wegmans! Great to go preprepped items! Try the sandwiches before you grocery shop! Favorite place to go for fresh produce when the local market isn't open yet. Their brand of groceries compares to the name brand and in some cases is much better!”
“We are lucky enough to have several Dollar General stores in our area! They are my go-to for almost everything, and one store even has a produce section. I appreciate the fact that there is such a large variety of everyday items, as well as a great decor section. And all at great prices!”
“This is what they call a legacy store. It is old, tired and smaller than the new shiny stores. It's not new and fancy. It's the kind of store you might drive by and never give a second thought. However, it would be shame to do so. I stopped here out of necessity, not necessarily choice, and I was amazed. This store is clean! Outside trash cans were clean and empty. Parking lot was picked up and well marked. The restrooms were shiny, clean and sanitary. The coffee bar was neatly and completely stocked with a great variety of options and flavors. Every coffee was fresh and selections were numerous. The coffee bar was clean. The coolers were clean, floors were clean, and shelves were fronted and well stocked. The manager was there and I complimented her on her hard work. She and another employee explained how they take pride in their store and in the safety of their food service. Their thoughts were genuine and borne out of a desire to provide quality food service to their customers. Though this store is a chain convenience store, it is run with the pride and care congruent with a family business. If you are a fan of Turkey Hill, this is one worth putting on your list of places to shop.”

110 Centerville Rd, Lancaster“Unless you get there early there is usually a line. It goes decently fast as most people know how it works and filter into correct lines. We use out BJs credit card for even more money off per gallon, so this is our main gas location!I got a refill of propane last time I was there and it was cheap as well, I think right around $11 and it was empty!”
9AM - 6PM
441 W Main St, Mount Joy“Weis market in Mount Joy has vastly improved. A lot of people are available for assistance and staff are always friendly. A lot of self check out has now been added. If you have a problem, plenty of staff to help. Prices are as good as Giant, and sometimes better. This is the store to go to to get your purified bottled water at a decent price. They have definitely made a lot of improvements at the store.”
8:30AM - 8PM
1884 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster“I like shopping here, but the last 3 times I used a quarter for shopping cart it didn't release the cart. Food is expensive enough, I can't afford to pay for cart and not get the cart”
